Mar 27,2024I was involved in a non fault accident, Innocent Driver was recommended to me by my local Bodyshop. Emma at Innocent Driver was my point of contact and dealt with the whole claim from start to finish. I was pleased speed and efficiency, also was given a like for like replacement car while my car was being fixed. All in all I pleased with the process and my car was fixed my the bodyshop of my choice. Thanks Innocent Driver and Panel Match Bodyshop

Mar 27,2024After being recommended to use Innocent Driver by my local bodyshop I made contact with Emma. I was hoping for a satisfactory outcome but their approach and the way they achieved it was absolutely fantastic. I have been involved in a couple of incidents in the past where my insurance company followed up the claims but the Innocent Driver approach is in a different league. From day one I got the strong impression that ID were "hounding" the third party insurers on a daily basis; I was receiving almost daily updates of how the claim was progressing. From the initial contact to the matter being resolved satisfactorily took a little over 3 weeks. If I had not used ID I suspect I would still be in correspondence even now. I cannot praise ID and Emma Scott highly enough for their approach and tenacity. I would recommend them 110% and if ever I'm in the same predicament in the future they would be my first port of call.

Mar 26,2024I was in an accident and bex from innocent driver dealt with everything. Even after third party insurers were an absolute nightmare. I would highly reccomend to anyone not sure where to go or what to do if they’ve had an accident

Mar 21,2024I recently used innocent driver after someone crashed into the back of my car. They were so helpful got me a courtesy car and had my car repaired within a few weeks of the accident. All communication was easy and the staff were all very helpful. I'll recommend them to everyone I know who may need them. Shannon
