Apr 20,2024Very efficient. Copied in on emails and kept in the loop even with this old phone. Everything has been great up until this point. Can’t open car suppliers links on Friday and car due on Tuesday morning so my fingers are crossed that Monday morning opening phone lines to car replacement firm go as well as Emma Scott at innocent driver and rc coachworks have been.

Innocent driver then took it on with no hassles making me feel really comfortable and confident with my claim walking me through the process and not making me to feel like a burden .Thanks again guys

It was just too good to be true. Louise took complete control from the start as I was so stressed realising what had happened and yet she reassured me and put everything in place as needed.

I can say we received quick responses to emails/phone calls and more importantly we had our vehicle back relatively quickly. Handler Louise was great throughout the whole process ensuring to keep us updated on progress and closing out any queries we had on route would happily deal with her again. Thank you
