Jennifer, our claims handler, gave us regular updates and dealt with the entire repairs process on our behalf, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them!

Thankfully got their reg and Innocent Driver just took the case on from there to claim from the 3rd party. They arranged repairs, hire car, etc really quick and efficently keeping me informed with excellent comms all the way through. Really happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

From the start, the other driver denied responsibility but when faced with a witness’s statement to the contrary, admitted liability. Thank you Bex for pursuing this on my behalf.
