Recently was involved in a car crash were the other driver was at fault contacted innocent driver through a referral. My claim was handled by Amy couldn’t fault the work she did any questions I had she had the answer to all them also kept me updated on what was going on 100% will recommend.

Louise, at innocent driver could not have been any more helpful with regards to sorting my incident claim, she made me feel at ease and sorted out everything. If I needed anything or had any questions I was able to get touch and had replies that same day, I couldn’t recommend them enough

Excellent customer service. I was kept up to date during the whole claim process, from garage to car hire to completed claim. The whole process was handled professionally and without any hiccups. Our contact Bex was friendly, informative and extremely efficient.

Did exactly what I hoped they would I.E. making sure the third party's insurance accepted liability before proceeding with repairs, which my own insurance's claim handler did not. Kept me informed throughout and organised a courtesy car, again something my own insurance wouldn't do. Can't fault them, keep doing what you're doing.
