Mar 20,2023Went to see the solicitor at the Crossgates branch in Leeds. He took £270.00 and did nothing. Was supposed to send an email to my sons ex partner who was restricting access to my grandson. Had to chase the solicitor twice before finally receiving a draft email that my son was to respond to to confirm he was happy with the content, he responded asking for some amendments to be made, then nothing! We then called a third time at which point the solicitor claimed that he didn’t receive a response from my son regarding the draft, however this wasn’t true and he has the email sent in his sent items to prove this.

The staff are friendly and always available to help on the other end of the phone. The team are amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend this company. She was extremely helpful from the second I spoke to her on the phone; constantly reassuring me, explaining every step of the way (including the complicated legal terms), cc'ing me in all email correspondences, she honestly couldn't have done more to help me and make the situation as easy as possible

Feb 23,2023Extremely poor service has been provided to me for conveyancing services. Zero communication skills and willingness to answer timely to the email. When you call them, they are not available, and find any sort of excuse not to talk with them. Once you talk with somebody you often won't receive useful information or be expected to follow up. They have failed to keep the self-imposed timelines during the conveyancing and after the conveyancing and towards the complaint procedure letting me wait months only for having the documentation that I have paid for.... Their complaint procedure is very unclear and slow and still waiting for the outcome of a complaint formally raised with them. Overall the service fall short to my expectations and definitively would avoid using them in the future.

Feb 14,2023Went with Ison for conveyancing and had a really poor experience- terrible communication, lots of confusion around missing information/documents, continuously made errors throughout the process (clearly the paralegal was left to do the majority and their work wasn’t checked. We had our completion date pushed back 3 times and on one occasion we didn’t even know that the date had been pushed back because they didn’t bother to let us know until we contacted them to ask. The final cost was also significantly more than the original quote we were given. As a first time buyer this made the house buying process much more stressful and time consuming than it needed to be.

She was really proactive with keeping us up to date, took care of literally everything and was on hand if we needed to ask any questions - I couldn’t recommend her enough! Jan 22,2023Ison Harrison dealt with the purchase of our first home. A very stressful experience indeed. Documentation was lost several times, wrong information given to us on several occasions and even the final completion statement was given to us incorrectly three times. Kirstie Blinkhorn is rude and dismissive. She does not deal with complaints. We used the HTB scheme to purchase our property and she told me over the phone "well, if you are going to use schemes such as HTB...." as if I am a second-class citizen. Thankfully, the day of completion ran smoothly but I will not be using or recommending this company in future.

Dec 11,2022Absolute zero help from this company in retrieving my possession after my case was dropped, half hearted emails then got mad because I keep emailing their office email instead of the lawyer who’s dealing with my case, reason for me emailing the reception is because that’s the only way I can get a response. I’ve text and sent multiple emails and now I’m left alone to sort the repossession of my property. Poor firm ran by a poor group of people better off going elsewhere.(Wellington branch Leeds City Centre is the office I used)
