The care home where my son resides in Bushey, has been waiting for their washing machine for over 4 weeks now. First excuses of technical issues, this should be resolved in hours/days not weeks, and now having to wait for a customised plinth (a piece of wood/material made to size). All these excuses are at the expense of the young vulnerable men who live there with a Washing machine. This is a total lack of service and care which is a disgrace that a company is allowed to treat vulnerable people in this way !
Issue Resolved, thank you. Original issue: Absolutely aweful customer service, and a total unwillingness to do the right thing. We are a small care home and rely on these machines, one washer has been without a part, and hence not in working conditions .. and this is not the first time .. these machines are barely commercial. I accept things break, and it is the resolution to a problem which is important. We have the full on 7 day Total Care contract .. not much care going on when we are left without working machines (a simple switch of machines would have been acceptable), and trying to get in touch with a decision maker is near impossible. The blaming of systems issues is also a total cop out, those shouldn't be lasting weeks. Advise to them .. don't pass on machines that you are struggling to get parts for.
JLA has started charging me without commissioning the air cons. Ovens installation is pending. Lack of communication, I have emailed over and over again the last 2 months but no response. How such companies exist !! This job started back in 2023 and still ongoing.
The engineer Jason was 1st Class. Helpful enthusiastic and very helpful. Fixing both machines quickly.
Always pleasant, helpful, chatty, explanations to repairs been carried out.
It all comes down to the engineers that come. Especially Micheal he s polite always happy and always does a great job at Beverley Parklands care home also a great response from JLA. But Micheal is definitely a great engineer which JLA need to be proud of

Excellent job ,Andrew was very pleasant person to have him as a Engineers very warm and kind person and very expired in his job . Star in the sky reaper my washing machine and I am very happy with him Hope to have him every time when problem came.

Very poor. Sales team gave us a lead time of 6-8 weeks, confirmed in writing, which was completely false. After chasing for an update, it transpired that the lead time was actually 3-4 months, which the sales rep tried to blame on issues at the Suez canal. This was obviously untrue, as it became clear that the machines weren't even leaving the factory in Thailand until around 2 months after the order was placed. JLA refused to return our deposit when we complained, and have been slow to respond and thoroughly unhelpful. Avoid.

Jul 27,2024Total care package is a joke. Never any engineers available. Never the right parts. Always a new problem. I just want to wash some dishes. The most problematic company I have ever worked with. Cannot wait for our contract to end. Cowboys.
