We have been having issues with our dishwasher , to cut a long story short we felt we would upgrade and get a new one . To my horror the new one broke down within a week . JLA have been irresponsive . Stay clear of this company . They are expensive and unreliable .

Absolutely shambolic. We have spent a fortune with this company which will shrug off responsibility when their machine components break. It's not covered on the warranty. I have personally replaced 35 coin validators because none of them worked efficiently and JLA shirked responsibility claiming they were an added component and therefore not their responsibility. Even though the unit was sold complete - not with after market added coin validators. There is no customer service so don't waste your time trying. They don't call back and they can't help you on the phone because they don't know anything! Used to be a great company years ago now it's just another big company that does not care about its customers and has staff that have no commitment to the job or the customers they deal with. You need to buck your ideas up and start looking after the smaller customers and independant launderettes.

Service is excellent. Ordered an upgrade on the dishwasher. A pre-installation engineer reviewed what was needed to cover off the installation. On the day engineers came in and carried out the removal and then installation. Making sure everything was to our satisfaction. These guys were brilliant, worked as a team to make it happen as quickly as possible. Top marks. Thank you guys for all your help.

Brand new stack dryer fitted less than 2 years had multiple issue Same fault occurred 3 times and paid 2 times that’s crazy Engineer came to replace part and month after another engineer came to adjust the same part which was fitted month ago and got stiffed and charged 2 times for this Not happy with this and not good customer services
