DISHONEST MACHINES PART BROKE DOWN WITHIN 3 MONTHS. PLASTIC INTERNAL PART SNAPPED AND THEY CLAIM THATS NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY. SO WHAT IS INCLUDED IN WARRANTY? I'VE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE !!!!!! AND GETTING NOWHERE. CUSTOMER SERVICES DON'T ANSWER. YOU HAVE TO PRETEND TO BE A NEW CUSTOMER TO GET THROUGH THEN YOU GET CUT OFF.
Called Alex Wasley again and again and again to no avail. We were told we had an 18 month warranty however being messed around again. no working facility for the tenants to use / tenants moaning and blaming us shambolic all round - avoid there must be better companies out there. JLA blaming in on the parts team ? asked what the CS3 account is - Alex Waslet has no idea
Normally response is great. On this occasion response 2ascgood but engineer failed to order the correct parts from the correct place. Engineer has now left. Correct parts ordered from then on the service has been great. Normally a 5* company.
Very helpful operative. Gave full explanation for the decision that was made about the appliance.
Russell, the engineer, has attended today to our Home to install a professional dishwasher and he's been very helpful and professional. Explained all clear and easy to understand. Even cleared the site of any packaging.
Downright awful customer service and complete disregard for me as a customer. Promise after promise from various different members of staff, who quite clearly are unable or not inclined to help. Even the promise of this being treated as a serious complaint and 'escalated' to Regional Operations Manager meant nothing - no response from him/her whatsoever. I feel like that if you're not a big customer with masses of machines on contract, then you're ignored. JLA have you over a barrel, happy to take your monthly payments but not backing it up with any level of acceptable service/support. Sincerely wish I could walk away from the whole let, but alas, no choice.
