Feb 26,2025Absolutely superb customer service from the Jorvik team both before and after buying our trikes. A special shout out to Sam and Tash who guided Louise and me through our test rides in the showroom. Building the trike up was an absolute pleasure; well made and well engineered parts which went together very smoothly; very clear instructions. The build took me about 3 hours for my machine; I'm going to build Louise's after we have moved house. Getting used to riding on our less than perfect road surfaces has taken three 5 mile rides - haven't grinned so much in years. Most importantly I am unable to drive due to my disability. My JMT6 has given me a lot of my independence back.

Feb 26,2025I have a JMT7 trike from Jorvik and had a quiery about the saddle becoming slighly wobbly. Within a day Natasha responded to my quiery and included a straightforward video of how to adjust the saddle seat post. Excellent service.

Feb 25,2025Since August 2024 I am a proud owner of a Jorvik JMT6 250W. I have been riding it all winter around the village and get a lot of pleasure out of it. 300 miles without any defects, punctures or disappointment.

Feb 18,2025Love the trike…but… nowhere in the paper instructions nor on your you tube tutorials does it explain to remove the little plastic spacer from the front brake pads. Gaaaaah. I spent an hour trying to get the front wheel into the forks. Really spoilt my enjoyment of the trike arriving. Why on earth would you not include this in your instructions? Having never looked at a bikes breaks before how can you assume I’d know to remove it?! That said, once finally assembled I’m very pleased with the machine and would recommend it.

Feb 11,2025I have Parkinson's disease and as such movement and exercise help keep the symptoms at bay,I have always been a keen cyclist but due to my loss of balance my conventional bike was no longer an option for me. I searched the market and found Jorvik Tricycles and I thought that I could manage to handle one allowing me to get out and about again. I looked at a couple of used tricycles, the first didn't suit me at all, the second I thought would do the job but after a few rides I realized it was perfect for me. I decided to make an appointment to visit Jorvik and check out what was available. My wife and I arrived over an hour late due to traffic/weather conditions. we were met on arrival by Tash who provided some decent cups of tea before handing us over to Matt. Matt firstly asked what I wanted from a tricycle and what experience I had of cycling, he then went through the range and the pro's and con's of each model. I was then escorted around the test track until both Matt and I were happy enough to allow me to go solo. I can't say how many laps of the track I did I was so taken with being "free" again, I asked for some adjustments to be made which were done in an instant by Sam the technician who really knows his stuff. I settled on a JET E 20" tricycle and Sam set one up to suit me and completed a PDI while we waited (with more tea!) While chatting to Matt he explained that the company had come about by his boss James search for a tricycle for his father (who I believe also has Parkinson s). In short I was very happy with the service received and delighted with trike.

Feb 04,2025I put a notice on Yorvik Trike riders page on Facebook asking if anyone knew of someone who could help me with basic service as my hands have been so painful. Natasha rung a local firm (who I had not heard of) and asked them to take me on if I contacted them. Steve Osgathorp from Pedalers has been great and most helpful. I'm sad that he will not be able to help me if I have motor problems but grateful that I can continue to enjoy my trike as he will see to the tyres etc on a regular basis for me. thank you Natasha for your help.

I’ve had absolutely no problems so far with Jorvik and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or their products. Natasha was very friendly and helpful and did what she said she’d do. Thank you

Jan 30,2025The staff at Jorvik great to deal with, always come up trumps, l have a jmt11,known to many as the beast! 2000 miles in 18 months of hard rough work usually off road,Nearly indistructable,its a 1. mobility trike due to a nasty fall on my hip, 2. my physio and mobile body workout machine, 3.smallholders atv 3wheel drive trike, 4,cargo bike with trailer,my preferred transport within 10 mile radius. 5.adventure trike,good for adrenaline fueled challenges.great in ice and snow. great for over 70s who like to stay young! Well done James for an amazing product,as versatile as a series landrover. lve had many! the staff friendly interested and helpfull. learn to get used to it,its not like a bike,more like riding a horse bareback, start carefully with no1, and be very carefull of side camber,most owners will be a lot saner than me,or will they? there will be beast writings on website at times,to show what jmt trikes can do,

Jan 28,2025I wasn't in a position to travel to York to test ride my tricycle so had a long and productive conversation with Tash. My tricycle duly arrived and we put it together. We had a bit of trouble with putting the wheel on the forks and where the washers went but Tash sorted that. And then I got on ..... and was very glad that they had a 14 day returns' policy ... I was terrified! All over the place! So I talked to Tash who was very reassuring and sent me lots of information and gave me some great advice. And now I am beginning to really enjoy my tricycle and it definitely won't be going back! I think that there should possibly be more information directly available on the web site - a diagram of the washers would have been useful on a Sunday. The instruction book that comes in the pack is not particularly helpful. And the book on the motor is incomprehensible! The most important piece of advice Tash gave me was to practice figures of 8 without the motor. This was a game changer! My only problem was that I had to get a friend to take it to a different location where it was possible to do that. And we exceeded the 3 miles on the clock condition for the 14 day return before I'd even started. The tricycle is really well built, the baskets are great and I secretly think I might get to love it. But none of that would have been possible without the patience and kindness of Tash. Thank you!

Jan 28,2025We turned up an hour early for our appointment but we were made very welcome by Tash who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I tried out several trikes and no question was a silly question! We're still not sure whether we will go ahead with a purchase, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who is interested in buying a tricycle.

Jan 28,2025Great test drive, friendly staff and a super trike. Tash was brilliant giving my wife time and support to build her confidence at the test drive. The trike arrived safely as promised despite difficult access to our home and we are now enjoying using it to get around the town. We highly reccommend the Jet E 16 Elite and think Tash is a star!

Jan 26,2025I bought a JET E trike 2 or 3 years ago. I found putting it together a bit difficult especially the handle bar arrangement. But this probably reflects my shortcomings rather than any problems wiith the bike. I'm not sure if there was an option to have it delivered ready to ride. I had previously had a different brand of electric trike but was hoping that this model would be more reliable and this has generally been the case. I was slightly frustrated that initially you could only ring the sales staff but this has greatly improved and myself and my bike repairer have had advice on repairs and accessories from Tash and possibly others. The trike has proved an excellent purchase and is my main form of transport.

Jan 23,2025This company is fantastic and the trikes they sell are extremely well-made. We travelled from Dorset to York to trial the bike and it was well worth the visit! James and Tash were both highly professional but at the same time friendly and welcoming. For anyone with balance problems these trikes are amazing. I thought I might not be able to cycle again because of my condition but I have been out cycling 3 OR 4 times now on my new Jorvik Elite16 Jet e and the experience has been a complete joy. The bike looks fantastic too. So if you have mobility problems or you just love cycling buy one of Jorvik's great range you won't regret it!!!!
