I was looking for a specific child seat that was just not available in Japan (Amazon carried it, but it was not in stock). kidsroom.de had it in stock, delivered it in under a week, and the price was actually lower than what was posted on Amazon, so it was a very pleasant experience.

Mar 28,2023I’ve received two swim jackets in wrong size and asked for a refund upon the return. But the CS requested me to use the cheapest shipping method to return the goods, which takes at least 3-4 months to deliver and they can only refund after they received and checked the returned goods! And they are NOT willing to explain the calculation of the total refund amount as the return and original shipping cost were involved ( the amount they suggested is far lower than my calculation which used pro-rata method!) plus the after sales staff was RUDE and apparently doesn’t care what their customers feel. I won’t recommend Kidsroom to anyone as they are NOT willing to take up their responsibilities when they made mistake.

The delivery time to Singapore is a bit long with standard DHL but worth the wait. Overall a great experience shopping at Kidsroom. I will shop again at Kidsroom and recommend to my friends.

Shipping to Laos takes some time, though this is due to the national post and with advance planning/order, it is fine. Highly recommended!
