Mar 12,2023I recently ordered CHICCO Baby Hug 4 in 1 and was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The packaging was in shambles - the box was torn and the bag was ripped open, as if someone had already opened it before or during it was shipped. The product itself had scratch marks and broken parts. It was obvious that the product had been mishandled during shipping or possibly even before that. I was expecting a brand new, undamaged product, but what I received was a bit far from it.

WHEN WE CHASED them by email!! 3- We are MORE than one month later and we still do not have the products (our baby girl was born 3 weeks ago) 4- Customer service is copy-pasting the same answer to get rid of the request Worst buy of 2023 so far, We will make sure our network knows and will follow-up with legal steps on this
