Oct 05,2023Quick pick-up at the airport, drivers are always helpful with luggage, polite staff, great service. With full casco service no deposit is needed. (only 100€ for eventual fines). I have rented from Klass Wagen several times, and the experience was always excellent!

The staff was very friendly, honest, highly professional, pleasant and caring. They have excellent time management and coordination. Furthermore, the staff is very courteous and respectful and competent. The onla thing which disturb me : he says thet the price will be in Euro and they took a Forint exchange rate which is not a realistic rate for a credit card. So we had to pay 20 € more at the end. If i can say that about a company, then they are already members of our family. 😀 Such a nice and reliable company is very rare these days. I can only recommend them to everyone. Sep 28,2023Very bad company. My flight was delayed and I contacted them to adjust the pick time for the next day. And they said to adjust it through the link and you will take refund as a voucher. I adjusted the pickup time and when I pick up the vehicle I ask for the voucher they said you will collected after returned the car and then when I returned the vehicle. The pretend to now know about anything and the keep lying to not give the voucher. They said we will check and contact you and I waited no body contacted me. Then when I contact them they keep lying and after many lying they said you only can get 18 Euro instead of 100 Euro. This is very bad company I will never ever use it again. They are scamming and full of layer.
