Mediocre performance & not worth the high price.
It gets hot easily
I was contacted by an employee, Tim Bond, who set me up with a free trial of a hearing aid. He said I needed to try them for at least 20 days. After the 20 days and finding the aids unsatisfactory, instead of allowing me to return them he exchanged them with a different type with the promise of extending the free trial After finding these unsatisfactory, I made several calls to arrange their return and received no return calls. My credit card was charged. Upon being able to contact the company, I found Tim Bond no longer with them and I had exceeded my trial period. Company has not made promised recontact yet. Classic bait and switch.

I never got what I was promised. The only reason I kept the device after the trial period was because I was promised a Bluetooth device as soon as they were available. I have made several calls to the company and was told someone would get an ETA and return my call. I never hear back at all. I'm putting a stop payment on my auto debit to see if that will get their attention
I got the Listen Clear device for my mom who is 87 and having a hard time hearing. She really likes them but due to other illnesses couldn't use them. But, she was so happy to be able to hear. They also were not cumbersome to use and she liked that most people couldn't see them.
My hearing aids probably are only meeting 75% of my hearing loss but are great for the cost and meet my need on a day by day basis. The sales and service are great my only disappointment was they told me they were giving me $500.00 credit for my old hearing aids and when I sent them in they told me they made a mistake and only credited me $250.00. The savings of several thousands over the big guys is worth it though Thanks Ron
I was a day late in wanting to return the product and I was treated very badly by the woman I spoke to. I ask for a supervisor and was denied until I continued to protest. I never did speak to a supervisor. No one called, I feel like I have been mistreated and stuck with a device that does not work for me.
Not only is this the best, but the employees care about the customer. I am very happy with my results. THANKS for your help.
easy to work with
Have had product for a little over a month now. Am totally satisfied with product and service.
I supposed to get the second trial fix but that came even worse so I return the material. But they still charge us twice already, even though i aleeady return the material.
They are trying to back me into buying a product that I don't want. The salesman promised he would call before the 45 days were up to.see if we wanted their product. He never called. And on day 46th they pulled out $150 from my account. And because we opened 1box to check it out; they say we have bought that product and have no choice. We sent them both back. When I tried to call them today to say I want no new ones,I used the number my bank has, and it is someone else's number.
They are acting like ear plugs and not hearing aids. I believe these have been defective since the day I received them and wish I could either return them or try a different pair. This is a heartbreak. I was so excited when they arrived. And they are not working. Could you PLEASE help me.

I have never been able to consistently ware hearing aids in the past. The sound was never real and although I tried they always were a frustration! The last pare about 5 years ago came from a highly recommended audiologist and they too although comfortable were frustrating to hear with as sounds did not seem real. The aids from lListen Clear have provided me with the best hearing experience ever. I ware them from the time I get up until I go to bed. I have called several times about care and customer service has been over the top helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. I can't believe any one would send them back after the trial as I new the first day that these were life improving.
They were so helpful and accommodating. Went out of their way to get it right, which they did.
My concerns were always answered. I had to return the aids to be reset and the shipping to and from was paid. I also had to return a damaged aid and no questions asked and upgraded replacement sent back. Everyone has been very helpful and professional and willing to help and answer all my questions.
I was very happy with my entire experience! Spencer helped me with everything and I aporeciste it! I can hear clearly for the first time in 20 years!! Thank you!
