Difficult to reach - long wait times on phone. Every time that I call, it is stated that wait time will be at least 5 min.; in reality it is 15 min. Therefore, I rate customer service as poor. Also, I did not get the changes that I requested and did not get a call back by a manager after I requested a call when talking to Jessica. Bob Lane

ok so you say free battery's for life shipping is the same price as what they cost in store fully understand shipping cost let me pay shipping for one years supply at a time meet customer half way yes the units are working ok can not wear them while working in orchard they do not like sweat getting on them

My experience has been fairly good. Of course, there are situations which are above and beyond the capability of any hearing aid. Nothing available will match normal hearing.

I am very disappointed. I had thought that these would be my answer to better hearing, but they are not! I know that I have waited too long to return them so I suffer without hearing. I wear my aids everyday, but I still don't hear well. I miss a lot. I don't even watch TV because I can't hear unless it is turned up so loud that it disturbs the others in the room.

The hearing aids worked well but were not up to todays technology. I was able to obtain others with technology that utilizes the iphone for complete control of the environment. I am able to listen to my phone and tv through my hearing and control conversations in a restaurant.

The jury is still out. My 45 days are up and $40.00 monthly payments are being deducted from my checking account. I dont wear the device full time but I think that it is beneficial to me. James Cook

there was a slight flaw in the product that they could not work out so they said they would refund our deposit .

My wife keeps telling me that I need a hearing aid. When to a local doctor and the price was between 4,000 to 6,000. What a joke and a rip off. Believe it or not the very next received a sales call from Listen Clear. The stuff was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I would recommend the product.

Sounds good at first but hard to control volume. The instructions say tap the side of your ears but after awhile you might beat yourself to death or at least knock yourself out to get them to go up or down. Seems that I had trouble with battery longevity even though they were not being worn and the battery cavity open. But I have to admit, great sound and nice fit once you get comfortable with them. I had both inner and outer pairs. Loved the size of the inner.

Their behind the ear unit is smaller than most & works well.. They honor their free delivery & return!! And they are polite! They are half the price of 2 previous "hi tech" units tried - which were impressive but I did not feel I needed that much cleverness. Reason for return is that my Insurance covers a unit which is adequate for me at this time & costs 1/3rd less. But I will return to Listen Clear when I need more sophisticated unit///

Every time I called it took 30 to 60 minutes to get someone to talk to - you need more call center agents. There were even times when I just hung up because I was waiting so long. Then it took numerous emails to get a response. But once I did get to talk to someone they tried to help me out and I was happy with that. The first 3 weeks the hearing aid helped my husband and he didn't have a problem with it. Then after that he was not happy. I was frustrated that I had past the 45 day free trail by 5 days and could not return the product. The product is now sitting in the box. No fault of Listen Clear - My husband refuses to use it.

I find ear buds difficult to put/stay in ear. Batteries don't last long at all. Like the key fob control to change when needed. Not sure I would purchase again.

Had a great experience working with Listen Clear, I hear words and sentences clearer and don't have to ask to have them repeated. Getting use to using the different levels was a little confusing at first but I think I have it down now. Its much better now that I can hear better.

My mother has extreme hearing loss in one ear and total hearing loss in the other. She is able to hear a little better with a hearing aid we purchased at Walmart, but the Listenclear aids did not help her at all. They were not loud enough. I was told that I could send them back for an adjustment that would make them louder, but I couldn't understand why they weren't sent to me that way in the first place when I clearly told the man she had severe hearing loss. I sent them back, after waiting the allotted time so I wasn't charged a restocking fee, and was never charged for them. These may be good for someone with minimal hearing loss, but not severe.
