Sep 03,2024Truly grateful to everyone at Medvidi this is really a great service for helping people with chronic mental health problems whether it be PTSD ADHD Anxiety and Depression simply get their medications sent in electronically to whichever pharmacy of their choice, was Ema Mikealson who assisted me today and Mia Gina Bella Ashley and Roy are always great too I see Ms Oden and the service is always quick kind and courteous and I understand some patients having difficulty at first with clearance letters/PDMP verification process but afterwards is smooth sailing thank you Medvidi! I am writing to follow up on the issue I reported last year regarding unauthorized use of my accounts by my ex-husband. I worked with you and all documents re requested. As you may recall, I submitted a police report to verify my identity. After three days of investigation and extensive verification, my identity had been confirmed. I want to express my gratitude for the thoroughness and attention to detail you provided during this process. I understand that the case was escalated to Vasili Razhnouh in order to reinstate my account. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update why my account has been suspended. I would also like to request a written confirmation that my accounts has been secured and that no further unauthorized access will occur. Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow at 11 am and went through the whole process and automatically received an email that my refund request had been approved.
