Oct 01,2024I have been working with this provider for a while and I will say overall the bureaucracy in this day and age with medicine for the most part side stepped thanks to people like Zack Miller you get what you pay for and I'd rather do this than deal with the majority of doctor offices dealt with in the past so keep that in mind when you see the cost saving time is priceless thanks again for the great service

Sep 22,2024Under-qualified told me to go elsewhere and that she’s getting me my refund for this outcome! However said no refunds even though they said if the psychiatrist isn’t able to assist you or if you were unsatisfied you’d be getting a full refund which i was denied after 3/3 people said yes to me getting a refund via text, email and video chat which is recorded during the whole interaction!!!! Do not waste your time with this place they basically told me I had to many problems they weren’t able to help with my mental health, hence why the woman on the video call said I’m getting a refund even thou I was denied!!! Do not waste your money or your time on this sketchy and awful “practice”. I wish everyone luck and that everyone heeds my warning! I will be publicly posting everywhere that this place is a sham and just want your money!!! Save your money and time elsewhere please!!!!
