Jul 26,2024Dr. Chan was good at listening. Even though he is not my Therapist or CBT psychologist …( those are your groups for talking/listening) … I think he could tell I was a bit frustrated and gave me time to express myself. What was nice about this visit with him was doing it from my own home. I was skeptical at first, most doctors what to change meds…try new ones ect. I have been off my medicines for a while due to doctors around our area leaving. To get in to our behavioral health to get a prescription for your ADHD medicines was right at a six month wait. This was an amazing experience…I was treated with much respect and No judgement.

Jul 24,2024They are excellent. Very easy to use, the staff is great, the site is 100% mobile friendly. Seamless from start to finish. They will email, text or call whichever you prefer for updates/reminders. You meet the Doc on video. Dr. David is amazing, compassionate, caring and is full of great advice. He is non judgmental and really listens to what you have to say and he offers solutions. He asks questions in a friendly manner, like talking to a buddy. He answers in non medical jargon so I knew exactly what he was saying. I felt so much better after my appointment, and my medication was at my pharmacy and READY before I was finished with my appointment. You can pay with FSA/HSA visa cards with no issues. 100% recommend and will use monthly for now on.

Jul 23,2024I got the help I needed without having to go to numerous doctors. I am on self pay as my insurance does not cover mental health. Going to numerous doctors would have been a real burden on me at this time. Thank you! Your physician who evaluated me was very thorough in her questions and ultimately a diagnosis for my condition. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. Was able to get the help I needed in the comfort of my own home.

Jul 20,2024I had FINALLY found a NP who was GIFTED at helping me with my anxiety/depression and had me on a treatment plan that had me back to being ME when suddenly MedVidi, without warning, stops covering my state (AZ) and has NO information as to what current patients are supposed to do - this notice came to me exactly 1 week before my monthly appointment, leaving me without a Provider and a method of getting my monthly medications filled.

Jul 19,2024I scheduled an appointment, but the doctor didn't show up on time, so I rescheduled. During the rescheduled online appointment, the doctor again did not appear on time. When I contacted the call center, they blamed my internet connection and marked me as a no-show, demanding $50. I have never experienced such issues with Zoom or Teams, so it is clearly the fault of this application. I definitely do not recommend it.

Jul 19,2024The doctor cancelled my appointment at the scheduled time and rescheduled for the next day. Then he showed up 25 minutes late and conducted my appointment with his camera off so I just saw a black screen, it was very impersonal. I paid for a 30 minute appointment and he interrupted me and rushed through it so it was over in 5 minutes. Then he didn’t even bother to call in the prescriptions he chose for me, and it’s been 4 days. I contacted their customer service and they said check back later. MEDvidi is just a money mill, they don’t care about the people they’re being paid to help.

Jul 17,2024The customer service agents are entirely unhelpful. Getting absolutely anything done takes WEEKS, and you have to hound them about it every single day. even for something as small as rescheduling your appointment to a different date. AND they will try to make you pay twice for the services you get every step of the way. If it wasn’t for my provider, I’d stop using this service a long time ago. And I probably will soon anyway, because my patience has officially run out.

I sent my insurance to them 3 times and still they didn’t use it to do my medication authorization so I run out of medication. They forget to send medication in and never answer the phones, I would look somewhere else if you’d like reliable healthcare

Jul 12,2024They deserve -5 stars. Horrible service BEWARE. Yesterday, I was scheduled and matched with a provider in FL, who is unable to write a prescription. I received a call from the pharmacist at my local pharmacy that the provider is unauthorized to write a prescription and that the prescription itself is no good. I've called their support number several times and they've done nothing and refuse to issue me a refund.

Jul 12,2024I have been waiting almost a month now for my medication now the pharmacy will no longer fill for this company and I was told medvidi will help find a pharmacy and they told me 2 times now that they found a pharmacy that has Rx in stock and able to fill. When I call the pharmacy I’m instantly denied. Absolutely ridiculous for a medication I have been taking for past 10 years. I just can’t understand how every pharmacy is denying my medication I just wish cvs would still be able to fill it as o never had any issues with them.. now I need to call medvidi back again.. been calling every day to try to have resolved and still no meds Its impacting my employment and well being. Not good. Having worst experience since using them since January 2024. After my last dr quit.

Jul 11,2024Medvidi is filled with incompetent workers, followed by an even worse business model. Although not an outright scam, by the end of the process, you will feel nickel and dimed to the point that you will repeatedly question the legitimacy of the “company.” I spoke with my provider and asked a very simple question: If I do not see a difference after two weeks, can I call back to discuss switching my prescription? To which she replied, “Yes. That’s no issue”. After hours of being on hold, to no avail, and being passed around like a rag doll, it was confirmed by their ONE competent employee; it's an absolute lie, as when I called back, they stated I have to wait out the 30 days, which is just a giant ploy to drain your pockets since every single call (follow-up or otherwise) will be charged. $100 plus at minimum. Depending on how generous they feel that week with promos. Anyway, I know telehealth is convenient, but if you truly care about your mental health. Avoid. Abort. Scram. Run.

Jul 10,2024Customer service is terrible.. Sometimes nobody answers the phone or replies to a message through chat. Every month there are problems when I’m trying to schedule the next appointment. The website is very glitchy and it needs work to fix all of the glitches and the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Should be more individuals like him. This recommendation is completely forthright and transpired in the usual course of business.
