If I could write -5 stars I would. I made an appt during the weekend needing anxiety medicine for a job interview. I just need a few to get me through my interviews and until I could get into my regular doctor. BUT no just a waist of $150 dollars.
They took my money and they took my information and my appointment but they did not honor my appointment and they did not communicate.
High psychiatrist turnover and extreme difficulty filling medications. Interesting they have so many good reviews when so many online forums have had my same experience? The gov is also making it very hard for all psychs to do their job at all, and not many judges are ruling for patient rights at this time it seems to me. It's a horrible time to have a chronic illness. Illegal drugs are booming but very hard to get a legal script.
I spoke with Rudy. She was amazing. My problem is I missed my appointment because my boss passed away. The company then wants to charge another 50 for missing it. The thing is I’m not leaving a family in crisis for an appointment. It’s all ridiculous and they don’t care. Anyways, she understands my frustration.
Hundred percent honesty, this is a waste of money. My appointment lasted all of 5 minutes and the meds they gave me don’t really help with my condition. Sure they treat the physical part, but not really the mental. I’ve already been prescribed these meds in the past and they did not work. Their website’s homepage also has a lot of false advertising. They act like they prescribe legitimate medicines for panic attacks, and then prescribe you something completely different. Buyer beware before you spend $200 to have your time wasted. December 2024 update: As of today, I have been notified that MedVIDI has attempted to flag my review as "defamatory." After less than a half hour, it seems TrustPilot saw through MedVIDI's ridiculous attempt to discredit my real account of my experience with MedVIDI. I guess it just goes to show you what kind of company this is if they are willing to try to fraudulently discredit customers who had a negative experience with their platform. If you don't believe me, have a look at their Better Business Bureau rating.

Email I sent them. Horrible. Hello, I have been emailing back and fourth with your company for over a month trying to get my medication refilled. It’s been nothing but just a horrible experience every which way. I wasn’t able to book any appointment through the link you guys and the website was spending me so when I email you asking about this I get just a mere “We will check” This then leads to nothing happening. This exact type of email exchange iv had with yall nearly 8 times already which is just pathetic. I call and ask to make an appointment so the lady says I’ll send you times to chose from. I receive nothing. I email explaining that and get led to nothing. I’m finally able to schedule an appointment through the website after having to figure it out for my self through a difficult way. For today at 4pm it’s there on the website under my profile and nothing happens. I call and wait 20 min to get ahold of someone and a rude man says yes a doctor hasn’t confirmed it yet (even tho on my end is says it is) and he says you have to wait for confirmation 10 min before my appointment. Why would it let me schedule an appointment for something not even available? After this he hangs up and doesn’t even let me ask my questions concerning what’s gonna happen Don’t use them. No one cares.
