They won't prescribe what you need. The reviews are lies. Don't trust them. They were 20 minutes late to join my appointment then spent less than 5 minutes talking to me before diagnosing me with an anxiety disorder and trying to prescribe me pills like a guinea pig. Don't trust the hype about this place.
Fiya did a great job with the following up when my prescription will be called in, only reason it's not 5 stars is because of delay in calling in my prescription, when most pharmacies have to order it first. But that's not Fiya's fault. Still a great helpful service.
I was told I could be prescribed buprenorphine and Xanax under one roof even told I could stay on methadone if I wanted now I’m trying to get a consent form from my dr to get only the Xanax they have been attentive throughout my frustration if I get 100$ refund I’ll give 5 stars as for only Xanax I could have went a cheaper route

My experience was good. Only thing is I wish the DR. Would have taken more time to talk to me and discuss my treatment. But this is was my 1st visit waiting to see if I have another and maybe I’ll have more time to discuss treatment. Overall it was a good experience.

I was nervous at first about an online clinic but the months of waiting for an in-person mental health appointment was making me more overwhelmed so I had to try, for me. Everything was super smooth and everyone I had contact with was "above and beyond" helpful. The Dr. actually listened to me and not judgemental. We came up with a game plan and I'm FINALLY feeling better, a mental freedom and peace that truly is life changing. I sincerely appreciate all the staff, great team! Thank You for helping me be me again.

I actually ran into a few problems trying to book an appointment today but the way the representative l, Mickey handle the situation by trying to calm me down and talk me through it. Also thoroughly explained to me why the things happened the way they did. I greatly appreciated that. I also greatly appreciated the way he spoke to me and the way he handled the situation. Very professional. Mickey is what customer service is lacking out days in many professions and many businesses. Mickey is definitely the reason why I will remain a patient at this facility. I have been a patient now for over a year. Mickey is the only one that actually cared enough to listen to the problem, evaluate the problem and all options of solutions. Well done! I have been waiting on my medication for over 24 hours to be sent to my pharmacy. Mickey was very helpful and expedited my concerns. He was very compassionate while helping me navigate this issue. I really appreciate his kindness and understanding. I am very hopeful that he will resolve this for me in a timely manner.
Efficient and helpful
Before paying for the subscription and setting up the appointment to see the doctor I wanted to verify several issues. I spoke to one of their patient coordinators and explained every medication I take what the dose is and how often I take it. I also explained that I left my regular doctor to find a different one that can handle my overall wellbeing and because my old doctor after explaining to her that my medication isn’t helping me anymore and that I think we need to either raise the dose or try a new medication and she emphatically said no. After explaining this to the other person in the chat I said will the doctor you assign me to prescribe these medications and at these doses and the all but guaranteed me that the doctor would do that and it’s no problem at all. After seeing the doctor he said that I was lied to and they as a Company will prescribe controlled medications but only one for a Patient and at a low dose with no more the 15-20 pills. So I was lied to stolen from, and I didn’t get my medications that every doctor warns to not ever abruptly stop taking them because there can be dangerous consequences. What they are I don’t know but as I don’t have any medication left and there’s no doctor to help me I guess I’m about to find out…. Another example of how f**Ked up our healthcare system is….oh and they rescheduled my appointment 4 different times so don’t count on their reliability being a certainty!

Horrible experience. The psychiatrist told me to take deep breaths or go for a run when I have a panic attack. And she literally said “not everyone can stop what they are doing and take a pill when they are experiencing a panic attack.” Accused me of doctor shopping because my psychiatrist retired and I’ve been trying to find one that would listen (like my retired doc)…would definitely not recommend to anyone.
