Oct 16,2024David McCall and Jennifer Beltran are the providers I have seen here most recently and they are both very good. They both listen, show no judgment and ask very detailed questions to find the best treatment plan possible. Dr. Beltran even helped me with a CT scan interpretation that my GP left me a bit confused about! I have been a patient of medvidi and ezcare clinic since there was a location in Santa Ana, Ca years ago. Anyway today and yesterday I was having trouble getting my rx filled because all the pharmacies were out, but a care representative named Bella Storm handled it for me in under an hour, by far the fastest out of any team member I have dealt with before. She actually figured something out that no one else noticed and it was such a simple oversight on my part and the pharmacy. Bella saved the day. I would tip her if I could. (As far as issues that’s how it goes with so many moving parts and it’s just been a few in 5+ years but sometimes it’s taken a few days) also sometimes the connection on the phone can be very difficult to understand with the customer service, but whatever equipment Bella is using, she came through crystal clear. Thanks for your help guys. I feel better knowing you’re there for me regarding my wellbeing.

Oct 14,2024Price is high for the service you get. They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and my script was suppose to be picked up Saturday since I run out of medication that day. Try to get a hold of anybody but no one answers the phone or email but they are quick to contact you when your appointment is near. AND if you try and schedule an appointment before a certain time they call and ask you why you are trying to get more medication before the time frame. Super tedious and painful process. Save yourself the madness. I was trying to save time by doing things online like everyone else but it’s been a headache and now no one is getting back to me. I assume this online telehealth service cares about the patient but whomever sits at the top is looking at us and just counting the money they make on people’s mental health conditions. It should be against the law to treat people this way. The auto-generated replies are great but it’s difficult when no one answers the phones.

Oct 14,2024I’ve been with EZCare Clinic for about a year now. They really make it easy to take care of your mental health. I had a problem yesterday and almost had a meltdown thinking I missed my appointment but Crystal James was there for me. She told me not to worry, that she was there to help me. Within 5 minutes Crystal had it straightened out and I had a new appointment time for later that day. I had my appointment with not issues. Crystal James saved me yesterday and I’ll never forget it.

Oct 12,2024They rescheduled my appointment 4 time. The first time they said the doctor was concerned because I already took a controlled substance. Then they rescheduled 3 more times with different doctors each time. I can only assume that my current med list scared them off. I feel they tryed. I don't know if they would have come through in the end if I didn't already take a controlled substance. Communication was prompt and easy so they get 1 star for that. They say they are going to give me a refund. I doubt that. I'll report back. Update They refunded my money, thank you.

Oct 09,2024I was rescheduled twice until the first visit with whitney oden that I waited over an hour for..I took screen shots the whole time so I had proof of login times and waiting.she was great when she finally got on. My second visit was with some guy and I logged in and he hung up after 5 minutes because no internet connection...so meanwhile days are passing with no meds !! So than I have to wait days later until Oct 8th at 745 for Elizabeth hagen .Meanwhile I have severe ptsd and panic attacks and lost my home in Ian 2 years ago..So now Milton is coming and they're shutting everything down as I live in fortmyers fl...so 740 I punch in and took a screenshot for proof again...I waited till 10pm and took screenshot the whole time of this and the doctor was a no show...so now 9th of October and Milton is here in hours...they said sorry and we have to reschedule to the 11th...so I'm in a middle of a disaster flood zone with no medication and they do not care!!!!! It's all about money!!!! For being doctors they have 0 compassion or understanding...and one of the numbers the give too call isn't real...they jut say sorry ..the little Indian girls that answer the phones and push you off...I will be calling the buisness bureau...this isn't how you do buisness at all...infact the stress of all this has just made me worse..I begged for days texting them letting them know it's a state of emergency..they do NOT care
