So I was having a lot of issues with scheduling, then I had the worst issues with getting my prescription filled! It was issue after issue caused by pharmacies. No one, not even Walgreens (the Pharmacy I’ve used for ever) was helping me…they were only giving me problem after problem about filling my prescription after fixing or explaining away each problem, there was always another issue…Anytime I was given a problem, I explained to the best & im sure most beautiful woman ever named Dina! She has helped me every step of the way! Even when I was extremely frustrated, she was there assuring me that she would get it handled…well she got it handled after a week of pure frustration! She tried and tried and tried, instead of just giving up and ignoring my needs, she took it into her hands and made me aware of what she was doing every step of the way! I’m very thankful for her dedication! Refreshing and Much Appreciated! THANK YOU DINA

Updated again- my post was flagged by MEDVIDI for “derogatory” statements against them. Trust pilot quickly was able to see that nothing derogatory was stated. Just facts. I’m also not interested in speaking to MEDVIDI, again- at all. I was told they have no grievance policy against any staff, including their providers. There is nothing to be done moving forward, as I’ve already attempted to resolve this. I’m not interested in seeing anyone else. The first provider was all I needed to see. MEDVIDI, stop trying to take my review down. If you were concerned you should have handled this professionally, in the first place. You only started to “care” once I left a review! Bella was quick and effective when I made an error, upon registering. If the review was just for her it would be 5 stars. Updated after appointment. I would rate the provider David McCall 0 stars! Let’s just say I hope the calls are recorded, for training purposes! The call, itself ended in me having an anxiety attack, while he smiled smugly.

Always excellent and great follow up. Dr Jennifer B is easy to talk to and gives great insight. The follow up contact Bella is great with follow up with scheduling. It’s a convenient service for busy people and provides tailored service for everyone.

I thought I had good customer service and was told everything was figured out with getting my prescription filled after several phone calls with medvidi-but today I got a message from the pharmacy saying they DONT have my medicine ready to fill, as I was told by medvidi rep. Very frustrating… so now I have to get BACK in touch with Medvidi and start this frustrating process again! The other problem is very few pharmacies work with medvidi so I have very limited options.

If I could give zero stars I would, MEDvidi not only put me in a dangerous medical condition but refused to help. When my Dr was the only provider in Arizona they never told me until two months later that she had left MEDvidi and for good reason. I was left without meds, and no answer from MEDvidi as they block your number and roll it over to another call line that takes last priority. I only know this because I had a friend that worked there two weeks and when they saw the absolute illegal, malpractices, and liability issues. They left their position. I was put in the hospital for a week due to MEDvidi failing to inform me of my provider leaving and having no one to turn to as that’s all they had in this state. I want a refund in full of my entire expenses, your refund policy and the duty to inform patients are neither followed. So because I had time I’ve wasted missing work, while in the mental hospital after being left without any choice. I demand MEDvidi contact me and issue a refund in full. I have spoke with several personal injury attorneys that are not hard to find, if I do not get a full refund of my entire experience with MEDvidi I will pursue legal action. I will be taking this to every social media platform and make sure no one ever has to go through what I did. Pay me or pay the consequences. I am done sitting on hold.

Dr. Chichak has given me my life back and listens to me and has made me feel validated after dealing with a very dismissive Dr. that I see locally. Also, if you need help on the technical side just ask for Alina!! She actually cares and follows through to make sure the issue is resolved to her ability!!

I have submitted three email complaints at this time regarding the customer service and lack of communication at MedVidi. I figured I’d bring it here for others to see. This company would be so much better off if they hired more competent and available customer service representatives. This alone will drive them into the ground. Do not promise something you cannot uphold (i.e., responsive customer support). MedVidi has the potential to be a great company. The platform is easy to use, the doctor I see is great and I’ve heard great things about other providers there. Unfortunately, that isn’t enough to continue countless outreach attempts in hopes of hearing back from someone when there is an issue. It’s a shame it’s come to this. It hasn’t always been this way, but has gone completely downhill within the past 2 months. Emails, texts, calls…all to not hear back or have zero follow-through on your requests if you do. For a telehealth company, which many of us use out of convenience due to busy lives, this is the furthest thing from convenient. Do better. Your patients are real people with their physical and mental health on the line. It is unethical to leave them in the dark or ghost them, especially those that are taking medication prescribed by this platform.

Well let’s see. Doctor stood me up twice last night calls and wakes me up two hours early. I am barely awake tells me that he can’t do the medicine I was normally taking before the shortage happenens he can only fill one. He fills one that is too much last month now to little this month. So I check after we hang up be sent it to the wrong pharmacy again after I confirmed and he never signed the script. So I call this morning someone answers tells me policy is they have 24 hours to sign the script I ask to speak to a supervisor and she hangs up so I make sure to hit the one star. I call back and she hangs up on me again!!

Mickey Excellent customer care. Listened to all my concerns and helped to the best of his ability. I called multiple times and he answered and helped and was very kind. Some of the best customer service/support I have ever experienced. 100% a great employee. Highly enjoyable to speak with. Made a stressful situation seem much less stressful.

Medvidi continues to attempt to remove my bad reviews. This company is untrustworthy. I've been stood up by their doctors once a month. Do not bother booking an appointment. Their doctor will just stand you up, then reschedule you for a time that is more convient than them.

What a scam. Their not real doctors, and pharmacies will not fill prescriptions . And they offer absolutely no help. I was seen on Saturday, the pharmacy immediately called me and said that person is unauthorized to write my prescription.... i havent gotten any help since. The website says 24/7 service. Absolutely a lie!!!! Nobody answers the phone on Saturday or Sunday. I was told, our team is working on it, then nothing happens. I called multiple times all to be told the same thing. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for over 30 minutes all to get hung up on. It is now Wednesday and I just lost my money and a lot of time. This company should be flagged as a scam.
