Your company gave me back a little peace of mind through my chaotic existence n past trauma that everyone insisted on reminding me about n now denying n saying I’m a liar. It’s extremely complicated. I don’t understand it. Hopefully saved my daughter from the psychological n physical abuse I went through but didn’t speak of n even as an adult failed myself to acknowledge by reporting. N hopefully I am able to find myself now fully I just needed someone to acknowledge me and address an issue. N I know it’s not the end of my struggle but it helped in more ways than just providing mental clarity and ability to get back on track little by little bc I was losing hope.

Jun 30,2024I contacted MEDvidi services because I needed to fill my ADHD medication within two to three days. Having just moved to Dallas, I had no time to schedule a regular appointment. I had an appointment on Tuesday at 7:15 am and explained my situation. Over 48 hours later, on Thursday, I contacted them through all possible channels. Despite receiving prompt messages and emails, I could only speak to someone after hours of trying. By Friday morning, the pharmacy I chose from their website received the prescription but soon informed me that they could not fill prescriptions for controlled substances like mine. After a while, I contacted the company again to understand why they recommended a pharmacy that doesn't fill such medications. A representative said they would probably address my issue by the following Monday. Today, Saturday, I am on my third day without my medication, barely able to function productively, and on the verge of feeling depression and other intense withdrawal symptoms.

Jun 29,2024It’s almost been a month and still haven’t gotten my meds. I saw the doctor June 12th and today is June 29th still have not received my medication. The first pharmacy (Walgreens) that it was sent to at first seemed promising but after a week of waiting the pharmacist said MEDvidi told her to cancel my prescription and when I called MEDvidi they told me that the pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable filling it. I really don’t know who is telling the truth. The second pharmacy it was sent to (RX Outreach) has it all ready to go but they said my prescription needs a Supervising MD? I don’t know what that is. I paid for a doctor visit (close to $200) and I paid for my prescription (which was $70) at RX Outreach and I don’t even know if I will receive my medicine. I contacted MEDvidi yesterday and the representative who I spoke with just seemed annoyed that I was calling to check the status of my prescription. Overall been waiting 3 weeks for my medication and very disappointed. All I get is the same automated message that a manager will reach out and it never happens.

Jun 29,2024What didn't go wrong? Terrible provider. Rude, assertive, know it all who had no time to LISTEN to me. She did prescribe my meds but Walmart wouldn't fill a controlled substance from a televisit; it has to be in person. Meanwhile, I called them and sent an email thru the portal to let them know the dilemma. They said they will reach out to doctor to transfer the prescription. They also said a manger would be calling me. It's been 2 full days and no one has reached out to me and I still don't have my meds and experiencing withdrawals. I want a FULL refund. This was substandard level of care! Shame on you for false advertisement!

Jun 28,2024I can’t stress enough how incredibly convenient using this service is. I have good health insurance and despite that, using MEDvidi along with the promotion’s they offer regularly for their returning patients is actually less expensive than going in person in my area to get help with my PTSD. The staff are absolutely amazing! They are so incredibly kind and follow up with any issues better than ANY other medical office I have ever dealt with in the past including wonderful hospital systems like UCSF and Standford because the sad fact is regardless of how amazing any group intends to be in providing quality, affordable, consistent, and precise healthcare services no system is greater than it’s weakest members. MEDvidi, from my experience, has that concept well tackled. That’s quite a feat in my book! As far as my provider, again MEDvidi attains excellence by employing a doctor like Dr Noon! He is not only wise and knowledgeable across various fields, he is also captivating, perceptive, eloquent, professional, and deeply compassionate toward his fellow humans. He doesn’t have to try to care about the totality of his patients well being because it’s an inherent trait of his personality. It goes without saying in people like Dr Noon, they will indeed go above and beyond what is merely required of them to wholeheartedly and diligently ensure that their patients receive the absolute ideal care possible! I am not one to dish out credit where credit is not deserved because not all healthcare providers carry these traits nor established systems in the healthcare industry, which in my personal opinion is highly flawed and deficient in many areas. With that said, blessed am I to have stumbled unknowingly upon what I view as a goldmine in the industry of medicine and healthcare delivery system at large. I wish there were more stars because 5 is an understatement.

Jun 28,2024Of course there are going to be some things to work around with an online service, but I mean hard to complain... My provider may have seemed a bit unprofessional and uncaring, but all I was trying to do was get another prescription of a medication I had in the past, and they did exactly that. 5min call with provider and the medication was at the pharmacy within the next couple hours, everything went surprisingly very smoothly.

Jun 28,2024Horrible company, stay away! Had a 6:30 appointment, logged in and provider was a no show. Called customer care while on hold and was told I would receive a text in a few minutes, it didn't happen. Called again 15 minutes later and told the same thing, and again received no text. I was # 1 in queue and it took over ten minutes both times for someone to answer. Finally, after waiting over an hour for a provider to show I called back to customer care and after 19 minutes I hung up because they never answered the phone. I have all the screen shots to prove this in case the company tries to jump in and say it didn't happen. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company!!

Jun 27,2024The question isn’t what they did wrong this time. The question is why has this happened every single time I’ve had to make an appt (monthly)?! If it’s not been an issue of excepting my payment or my ID- it’s been an issue with their site working, confirming and then canceling appts, Intake forms not working through the site, text messages saying one thing, emails saying another. There’s no need to go further. Their ONLY saving grace is that I LOVE my care provider. She is always amazing and her calming demeanor every month is why I continue to come back. I wish I could rate her separately bc I 10/10 recommend her!

I was referred by my primary care Dr. because I needed the services provided and was having no luck getting an appointment for 6-10 months with other providers. The Dr I seen was vey compassionate toward what I am dealing with and attentive. The Dr. made me feel that my feelings mattered. I am so thankful I was led to this Dr. and look forward to many more healing, sessions. God knows better than we do as to who and what we need in our life..Thank you

Jun 25,2024I have had two successful appointments with a very kind doctor, but my last two scheduled or confirmed appointments with the medvidi team have been unsuccessful. On July 21, 2024, the day of the pre-scheduled appointment was canceled. I was told to get a note from my other doctor for my next appointment to be scheduled. Once they received the information from my other doctor, I was able to book my follow-up appointment. Well, today, 6/24/24, 4:15 was the time for my scheduled appointment. I was sent the video link as normal, clicked the link, but was immediately sent to another page. The page from the link read, "Appointment is in process of being rescheduled." Then I received a video link via text to join the video call for the follow-up visit. Well, the link worked, but my doctor never showed up for unknown reasons. As of now, I just rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow, 6/25/24, which is currently waiting to be approved, which is the normal booking process. Hopefully everything works out this time with no unfortunate mistakes or difficulties.
