Jun 22,2024Not sure what to rate. I paid. Received one email that went to spam folder regarding nothing. No tracking. No confirmation. Nothing. Email says I can respond to it. I did and it came back as undeliverable. Anyone have a contact for them? Even their website has nothing for contact now that I'm looking at it. Getting nervous

Jun 20,2024This is an update to an earlier 2 star review from roughly 6 weeks ago that was incredibly bumpy, as I continued my care with MEDvidi and my provider, working through some challenges. I will start by saying that I am pleased with my provider who is local in the same state, is knowledgeable and I feel confident in our plan of care. If you are considering MEDvidi, the patience will need to come in when interfacing with the care support teams as there is what I can only call 'administrative red tape' that you would not normally find in a normal medical office where you don't get the normal access to your doctor/NP and can't just call and talk to someone who knows what is going on. All of my issues have been addressed as they have popped up along the way but have taken time. The support team does do a good job in following up, I will say, so it seems clear to me that they are very focused on ensuring that the processes of this type of virtual practice meet the needs of their patients. MEDvidi would be something I would recommend to those seeking care for non-emergent type issues that need ongoing and regularly pre-scheduled type care.

Jun 17,2024After 6 months of regular appointments, I've finally been able to get treatment for the conditions other doctors have ignored me for. All my life I've struggled with anxiety- when I got into my teens, depression snuck in. Making my teen years hard wasn't only the genetically influenced mental disorders, but that my own parents and doctors told me I was just having hormones- that my ADHD was really just me being lazy and I should just eat better and stop making excuses. Years later, now in my adult years, I have shaken the depression entirely but the anxiety and ADHD linger- if not getting to be more severe. I've been resolved in the idea that anxiety is normal, but panic attacks aren't. Anxiety attacks aren't. Nervous breaks from traumatic events are not normal. After years of not trusting doctors, I gave Medvidi a shot, expecting the same treatment. Almost immediately, my doctor realized how desperately I needed help from these extreme occasional beatings my brain was giving me, and she did not hesitate to help me. That doctor switched to a different provider, and I ended up with Dr. Farrell and her wonderful assistant, Ruby. They have been a godsend for me. I have no doubt I've been a pain for them in the last few months, but they deal with me with a smile anyways. Life has been unstable in the last few months. Panic attacks have begun to appear outside of plane flights like they used to- which I'd find to be expected. I don't have the stable home life I used to. I move around a lot. My 4 year long relationship ended, and my job may not exist in a few months. Not being sure of where I'll be sleeping, I've had to have Ruby and Dr. Farrell transfer prescriptions for me many times. Each time, they do it for me. With that said, you have to be responsible with your medications. Track it. Carefully. Keep track of exactly what you take, what time you take it, how much you take, and what the reason/trigger for taking it was. Medvidi is in a risky position to prescribe some of the medications they do. Our responsibility as patients is to be RESPONSIBLE with it, so that the service still exists for people who need help- for people who aren't listened to by their usual doctors. If you are responsible with your treatment plan, you communicate well with your provider, they will help you. The team at Medvidi have been the most compassionate and caring group of medical providers I've ever met. I owe a debt of gratitude to Ruby and Dr. Farrell. If you need help- actually need help, they will find a way to help you.

Jun 16,2024This is a l legit web psychiatry. They have helped me in ways that I can't even begin to describe.They have changed my life forever I am definitely a customer for life. They are professional they are courteous they are kind and they care about the patient. When I first read reviews online I was a little hesitant, because of the other negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but five stars. I'm so glad that I decided try Medvidi. Do not be discouraged by the negative reviews, Medvidi will change your life, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Jun 13,2024I saw Dr William Grigg through MEDvidi telehealth on Monday 6.10.24. I live in Wisconsin. He sent my prescription in with his Colorado Dr Information. The state of Wisconsin only allows a telehealth Dr from Wisconsin. I called back and they said Dr Grigg is licensed in WI. Was told Monday they would send a request to him to correct the prescription with his WI license info. Nothing..Called again Tuesday. Was told a request would be sent to him.Again, nothing. It is now Wednesday evening. I have spoken with 5 customer service reps in 3 days. I have also utilized Facebook and MEDvidi webpage chat. All have stated the same thing. He needs to correct the prescription and send back in. I get withdrawals from this medication and have already had to pay a visit to urgent care.This is completely out of hand and ridiculous - Especially when I was already charged $195 and the Dr spent a total of 5 mins speaking with me. Just fix the script I paid for so I dont have a seizure and die!

Jun 10,2024Very helpful. Informative. I was worried it was a scam, he ensured it wasn't. He was very kind. He didn't make me feel judged or like a drug addict bc of being all over the place and talking a lot, the way my mental issue makes me act. He did not try getting off of the phone every two seconds. He stayed and kept explaining over and over until I understood. He did not try getting off the phone once. I felt like my concerns were important too him and he was very calm the entire conversation. I asked a few questions and he told me he couldn't answer due to not being a doctor or bc of some rights. He was very good.

Jun 22,2024I have been with Medvidi for almost a year now and your team member Mickey has been the most professional and caring representative I’ve had So far. He took care of my situation quickly. He kept in contact with me Every step of the way, and he actually Managed to calm me down I was a nervous wreck because I missed my appointment due to high temperature. My phone went into overheat mode and shut down so I couldn’t turn my phone on until Battery cooled down due to the high temperature being 96° . As soon as I got my phone on, I called he deal with the situation and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. He was able to get me a new appointment for the next day and fit me into the doctor schedule somehow I think representatives should take a page of his book because he is Not only professional, He gave me a sense that he actually cared about my well-being so I commend him for that and I think All of your representatives should Strive to be more like Mickey.
