They wouldn't give me xanax or any like that. After I paid a ridiculous amount of money a few times. They were useless to me. Don't go thru them ever, cuz it's a waist of money and time.
Mickey was absolutely professional, understanding, patient and all round a compassionate person. Until I was able to speak with Mickey, I was losing faith in the company's ability to show concern. After spending hours being hung up on, it was only until I spoke to Mickey did I feel valued as a client. I have an office of my own and would absolutely higher Mickey if I could as management not as anything else, reason being, is he is worth his weight in gold and whoever is in charge and cares about the longevity of this company needs to use Mickey as the Model while explaining to other employees how to handle clients. I was about to out source due to the lack of concern for my health well being and time. It was only until I spoke with Mickey did finally feel I had a voice. One more important fact. I have been with this company for 6 months and spoke to most likely over 100 employees and no one came close to defusing the situation and getting my route issue and being proactive to accommodate me regardless of what needs to be done. Bottom line is if Mickey was in charge in my eyes your business triple. All employees and all management whom I spoke to which had to be 100 different people, are simply not on the level that Mickey is, as a sales manager myself he possesses all the traits to get new clients and keep existing accounts. You should give him a bonus hence I was done with company at this point and Mickey changed my mind with his compassion and willingness to help me also regaining my faith knowing he was there to help 100% of the way after feeling complete alone in this matter. It is employees like Mickey that need to be cherished in your company if you want any kind of long term clients that don’t jump ship after dealing with the 99% of employees that simply could care less. Again open your eyes take Mickey as the person your newbies listen in on because that’s how it’s done. PS he was the only person who said if you need help still after call and ask for me, and when I did I got a call right away. This is important because I’m six months when being told someone would call me it never happen. God bless Mickey and his empathy for other well being!!!
I lost/someone stole my medication that was just prescribed so I reached out to the team on their portal chat room. It said they would be back on Monday and a few moments later Mickey messaged me with directions on how to handle this incident. It was escalated to the proper team. Thanks Mickey!

Paid $200 for a consult. Scheduled it same day, about 4 hours out. They cancel it on me due to 'ID verification issues'. Next appt is rescheduled for the following day. Provider no shows me. They reschedule, BS me and tell me the provider 'had a personal emergency'. Shocker, same thing happens today. Three appointments and they're not able to show up for a single one. Good luck with customer service because it's all overseas and they don't know a word of English outside of what is written on their scripts. I'm having my bank reverse this charge. This company is completely living up to that 1 star rating on the BBB.

Combat veteran with ptsd, My appointment with the va is 2 months from now to actually see a pysch in person. Medvidi gave me my clonzepam (klonopin) the first month and my nightmare medication for a month, Now when its time to get a refill EVERY day is a cancelation by the doctor , And now its a holiday weekend i have to
5/23/24 Absolutely great experience. I read some reviews and was worried. Dr. Morgan was right on time, extremely professional and pleasant. He sent the prescription while we were on the phone and 1 hour later I got a notification from my pharmacy to come and pick it up. Couldn't be happier
Made an appointment 3days in a row the doctor either no showed or cackled on the third day they set me up with a nurse practitioner instead of regular doctor. Doctors are late a lot sometimes by 45 mins, if they show at all. I voice record all my sessions for my own protection as well as customer service calls. Most customer service calls end with them saying they will get back or reschedule by end of day. This is not first time with this problem but 3rd time. Plus this accumulation or this third time would make a total of 5 times. Sometimes it’s smooth, most time the doctors are late and lately your lucky if they show. I’m on clonazepam and venlafaxine so this could be a serious problem. I always try to make my appointments ahead of time for this reason. As I do not want a lapse in treatment.
I wrote a review yesterday and then I deleted it because they did make me another appointment for today but they canceled it again. Please believe me this is a scam. You may get your medication you may not you may have to wait. God knows how long you may not all I know is they kept me on the phone now for three days waiting for some doctor to come on and the only words I got from them was either stay on and wait or will call you back in an hour and now they’re telling me it’s 28 days to get my money back Yet they managed to take my money in five seconds. Don’t trust at least research.
I got an appointment within 24 hours and got my meds, but it took 6 days. After reading so many bad reviews I was stressed the entire time. I had the appointment at 8 pm and the next day, my pharmacy still hadn’t received my prescription. I reached out to customer service and they advised that there is some internal policy that requires them to hold the prescription for 24 hours after the appointment which I found sketchy but whatever. Then after 3 days the pharmacy received the prescription but of course, because the prescriber was over 50 miles from me, the pharmacy flagged it and would not fill it until the spoke to the doctor. That added an additional 3 days but it was the weekend so whatever. They did respond to me every time I reached out, even though 75% of the time the answers were vague and unhelpful. The service is legit and that’s what matters. Now that I understand the process, I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, but I've been facing challenges filling my prescription for Adderall XR. While the shortage is a known issue, the situation is exacerbated by my healthcare provider, who hasn't yet approved the prescription for the new pharmacy despite several days passing. My inquiries only yielded the vague response that 'it's in the system awaiting signature,' without any further clarification. I'm uncertain if this is a broader bandwidth issue among providers or specific to mine.
Had first appointment, everything went well. Scheduled the follow up appointment while the doctor was on the video. On 4/17 I paid for the follow up appointment. It's sat in Confirmation this whole time which made me think there was an appointment. Doctor never showed up but I don't think it was his fault. The original prescription says 'MEDS PENDING' but I have already picked them up a month ago. I reached out to Customer Service, so far I am out $159 and have not gotten a response on what is going on. I expected to have an appointment today and just wasted an hour trying to figure this out. I never got any emails the day before or 1 hour before like it said so I knew something was wrong. Be very careful, use a Credit Card you can dispute for when things go wrong. Seems very unorganized company.
I've had multiple appts here, the doctors are wonderful and kind but there is an issue with delays up to a week in getting them to call in your prescription after the appointment. This was an issue with my first 3 appts and then got better with my last two appts but now it's happening again. When you call to ask status you are told "they will let the team know" again and again same answer. They don't seem to care once they have seen you and collected your payment. I sent a request for a manager to call me back this time but still haven't heard from anyone. Disappointing.
The provider didn't join the appointment. So I wasted 20 minutes there and then sat on hold with customer service for another 20 minutes. They said the provider completed the appointment, which wasn't true. They didn't offer a refund but said I will be able to reschedule. We'll see if that happens and if a provider even shows up next time. Extremely frustrating. Edit. I rescheduled my appointment for tonight, 5/2. THE PROVIDER WAS A NOSHOW AGAIN. So I had to sit on hold with customer service yet again. Ughhhh.

Jun 06,2024My experience went better than expected. I didn’t have high hopes after reading some reviews, but there were no hiccups throughout the entire process for me. Scheduling was easy, intake was straight forward, my doctor showed up on time and was pleasant and professional. She listened and addressed my concerns appropriately and efficiently. I was able to pick up my prescription the next day. Everything went smoothly, and I am so thankful I gave this service a chance!
