5-9-2023 update I was told they could not send in a prescription for twice the amount of half the milligram of my medicine since the only pharmacy that will fill their orders was out of the 1mg they would not send in twice as many 0.5mg like they had done before and that I had to pay for a new appointment to get any medication after waiting a week without medication to be told this. I paid and booked an appointment with a random provider so I wouldn't have to wait another week to see my amazing provider, becauae my blood pressure is elevated without my medication and couldn't wait another week without it. But I had to wait longer anyway. They sent me all new intake paperwork and claimed to have no record on file from another provider I see for another health issue. This was all addressed more than a year ago when I began with this company. More days of jumping through hoops and waiting days for any responses. I finally see the substitute provider and she gives me half of my dosage I had been on for over a year and had to go 2 weeks without and added another medication I told her I had tried and does not help me. They have no record from my original provider within their company of my blood pressure issue stemming from chronic anxiety that I have inherited. No notes about my pressure reading improving after establishing the dosage of my medication. Flat out left my body in shock waiting 2 weeks for responses going in circles to see someone who gave me half of what works for my body and something that does not work. The most disorganized and uncaring company I have ever known. My blood pressure was able to go from high down to below borderline with my amazing doctor's care and knowledge. After the substitute provider interrupted our appointment to deal with her children, twice, she forced me into a regimen that has my pressure back up to high. I tried to explain all that seems to be missing from my notes about coming to them for treatment of anxiety in order to prevent the heart attacks that chronic anxiety caused my mother since there weren't notes for the substitute and she did not even acknowledge me or tell me she was sending in half of my needed medication. I've spent another week waiting to hear back about the error in the prescription just to be told it was not an error and to deal with it. Now I will be left to seek urgent care once I run out of the half I was given and my blood pressure is no longer able to be controlled. More doctors and more bills because she did not take the time or care to know why I even came to this company for anxiety treatment. My amazing doctor at this company knows and understands and gives me refills because it is a clear case that he is familiar with and understands and created a plan that works. The substitute looked at a year of the working plan and threw it and me in the trash without even telling me. I have had an issue nearly every time I have had to deal with this company. My doctor is amazing. He understands me and makes me feel comfortable and in good hands. There are nearly no pharmacies that trust this company enough to fill their orders. I am not one to speak up but you can not get assistance with any issue from this company unless you fight for it, which hinders the anxiety treatment I come to them for. If you are able to find a pharmacy that will fill a prescription from this company and your refill can not be filled due to shortage, good luck getting your refills canceled and resent for a milligram that they do have in stock. I was able to get a simple refill milligram/count conversion sent once after going a week without medication while I begged for help to get this done. This happens again and I am again sent in circles being told they are working on it for a week just to be told I have to make an appointment with my provider who is booked up for the next week in order to get medication. While is still have 2 months of refills that can be converted to the milligram/ count that my pharmacy has in stock. Customer service is of no help what so ever. You can not get a message to your providers assistant without repeatedly pleading for help. They offer to discount a follow up appointment I do not need for 2 more months but still have not heard back about such a discount. The lack of support from this company as a whole is not worth the peace of mind a great doctor gives. Don't wast your time or money, there are other telehealth companies that can prescribe controlled medication. These people either do not care or can not get their systems in order well enough to be up to par with other telehealth companies I have been with. Only new patients are prioritized, loyal returning patients stay at the bottom of the list for any assistance. I wish my doctor worked for a different company so I did not have to lose the comfort and understanding he provides. Shame on this company.

This is ridiculous, if you try to call them, and you are on hold for at least 30 minutes, and when they do answer they never solve the problem, so here is the issue, I ordered anxiety meds, and they sent them over BRAND ONLY. Which costs over $250.00, so I sent them a message to correct it, and send over generics, I have been fighting with that for over a week! UPDATE, IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW AND SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED, THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE GOES TO ALL OF THE SAME CALL CENTER, THE ONLY B*LLSHIT RESPONSE YOU WILL EVER GET FROM THEM IS "THEY ARE WORKING ON IT" THIS IS B*LLSHIT I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. THE EMAIL PROVIDED NEVER RESPONDS. FRACK THIS I EITHER WANT WHAT I PAID OR I WANT MY FUCING MONEY BACK!

Update: Id like to update this review as customer service did resolve my issue! Some pharmacies will not fill telehealth prescriptions. Mine did at first, but then decided not to. Customer support did help me resend to a new pharmacy. Which that pharmacy then said they wouldn’t either. My doctor, Dr.Chan was absolutely wonderful and tried everything in his power. Ultimately I did locate a pharmacy and was able to have my meds filled. I love how seamless this service is. My doctor has been great to see so far and has really helped me get back on track. The issue I experience was ultimately not their fault. I do not know what the procedure is for resending a prescription to a new pharmacy. I will give them some grace since I do know customer support is not able to do that, and the doctor must. Which requires some communication which can not get a resolution immediately. Thank you all so much! Original review: My first appointment went seamless, now at my second I had to change pharmacies for my prescription and I unfortunately have been waiting a few days. I’m not sure if this is a routine problem based on other reviews, but I’m hoping they resolve this today. I’ve sent numerous emails and texts. No reply on texts, generic replies on email that “I’ll have my meds soon”. I’m sorry but “soon” doesn’t give me much hope. I will update this review on how long it takes them to resolve this.

Ms, Georgia Dixon was very friendly and truly made me feel at ease, especially because I have severe anxiety. She made me feel comfortable and I am truly grateful to find an established medical provider that I can open up to from my home setting. I have already felt an improvement and I will definitely follow up with her each month. It is discreet, convenient, and I gave her 5 stars. I’m so thankful for her help!! I will discuss upping my dosage due to my personal situation personally, and I have true faith that she will work with me! Thank you 🙏 so much MS. You are a life saver, I’ve gone from having the weight of the world on my shoulders, sleepless nights, to being able to manage my work ethic and family activities on a daily basis. I want to share my recent experience with Medvidi to caution others who might be considering their services. Seeking to resume medication for a pre-diagnosed condition, I visited their website, only to find the consultation fee via Zoom was a steep $200. After deciding against it due to the high cost, I was quickly contacted by Medvidi with a discount offer for a $99 session, which I accepted. However, the appointment with so called Dr. was disappointing. He was late by 20 minutes without apology, and during our session, he provided minimal information about the treatment plan and what I should expect from the medication. When I raised a concern about a shortage of my prescribed medication and requested an alternative, I was told that no changes could be made. Despite their eagerness to schedule another paid appointment, my request for a refund due to dissatisfaction with their service was denied. Based on this experience, where it felt like payment was prioritized over patient care, I advise others to consider alternative healthcare providers who may offer more patient-centered care. I went last Feb . Was written medicine that is health.sustaining an been on over 20 yrs in starting dose. Never got one Rx due to local pharmacy. I'm also disabled.pjyschatric an dual diagnosed. I had my first visit last feb. Dr prescribed medicine . Thought life get back to norm. But never got the one medicine medvidi sent it my insurance authorized it but local pharmacy never filled . Now on medvidi dashboard says was filled?? Because I did not receive one Rx I did not make a follow up due to waiting for the one Rx I would find a pharmacy medvidi would send them after 5 mo. Guess time laws ??an never got. But I posted on her about it an it was taken down because I did not submit thing fast enuff an am new to trust pilot an with disabilities am not good on phone. Because I wrote the review medvidi bugged me to make another appt to fix it . Sending coupons I made appointment got same provider . Wrote the one medicine. Had to get a note for other medicine took 2 visit got note an then got told won't write medicine that whole reason they wanted me to come back to fix now it is 6 visits later I'm still on starting dose of one medicine an never got other. Also was double charged in Dec . Hav e bank statement called was told send statement an get refund yet nothing. I have had 6 visits still on starting dose now losing weight not sleeping I have 15 yrs being sober. But on health sustaining meds because dual diagnosed an was first diagnosed at 7with physch. Issues. I came back to medvidii 6 mo. Ago was given starting dose gained 15 lbs in first 2 mo. Never got other medicine so I come off very hyper sometimes my pulse goes extremely high but not anything else an have been tested 25 yrs an not thyroid . Told PTSD ADHD depression gad social anxiety an seizures with blackouts of narcissistic rage? I have expressed issues sent them records I'm suppose to weigh 150 to 170. Last yr my gram passed an I went to 124 lbs in first 2 mo. Takin medinr I went to 138lbs . I'm now starting to lose weight. Just like to no why still on starting dose why never got refund an why had get note for one medicine got note then get told doesn't feel write writing after it was written an sent for 5 months an have insurance prior authorization forms saying meet medical necessity for ??? I have note I had to get . Have bank statement . Have medical records . Just want to be healthy again

So far not so good. I had an appointment on April 2 2024. Today is April 23rd. Over 20 days and my prescription still has not been sent to my pharmacy. I go to a small pharmacy it is located in my primary care doctors office so I know it is not on my pharmacies end. I have followed up almost everyday since the 2nd and I’m told the doctor had surgery, my pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, etc. The situation is beyond disheartening! I have only been pleasant on the phone never rude or demanding. It’s most likely at this point I probably need a refund. I will update with the refund or reimbursement process/outcome. Fingers crossed that the office staff sent the prescription. My prescription was filled yay thank you Medvidi!

I am very grateful for my experience with Medvidi. The physician was very compassionate and caring. I had concerns with pharmacies filing my prescription, but they took over for me and got my medicine without a hitch. I struggle in social situations, so going to doctors, especially for my mental health was never easy. I have waited a very long time for a proper diagnosis and my first dose of medication was like noticing a difference in night and day. For 40 years I've searched to find what was wrong with me, and tried to alleviate my symptoms. Medvidi has forever changed my life.

Fast, easy and convenient. I was able to meet with the physician at a convenient time without having to commute or take time away from work. My Rx was promptly called in. Would recommend for quick service and as an alternative to typical PCP visit.

Quick , easy, convenient, effective. Got to speak with a Dr. and my needs were met. Very happy with my experience. No hassle with in person appointments. This was a great alternative to going into my local health care center. Did the whole appointment from my phone in my car. Easy

I have been with MedVidi almost 3 years. I was seeing a single doctor until he left the establishment and have since settled in with another doctor. Due to needing a sooner appointment I scheduled with a doctor I had never seen before. The audio and video quality were sub-par but we got through the appointment. We discussed my medications and she was confused by the way one prescription was written, but we agreed on the tablet #s being correct for the month. It took over 2 days for any of the 3 prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy. The prescription that was sent was written incorrectly - instead of 2.5 tablets a day it was written for 1.5 meaning the prescription was 30 tablets less for the month than it should have been. Neither of the other 2 prescriptions were sent. It took multiple calls with MedVidi to eventually have the prescriptions sent and one was sent to the wrong pharmacy. It has been two weeks of multiple calls to MedVidi and today they informed me that they spoke to the provider and it’s the provider’s discretion as to what to prescribe. I am utterly at a loss as to how a doctor can change an established prescription regimen without first discussing it with the patient. There was no discussion during the call about prescription modification and there was no indication that the prescriptions wouldn’t be sent with the same dosage as the last several years. This is unbelievable and I’m absolutely shocked to be in this situation.

I was very apprehensive to spend another 💯 plus just to hear the same ol Bs so somehow with all this new technology and I believe they I logged in like two or three times completed the whole process so I believe someone on the other side of those computers felt my apprehensiveness and sent me a text message stating if I had any questions while I did not quite sure what the customer representative said to me, but change my mind, and I went ahead and took a chance and to my surprise I had a wonderful doctor named Michael Adeduro who actually listen to me and took me seriously it didn't look at me like I like, I was a medication seeker, which was a big relief don't get me wrong. I totally understand they're apprehensiveness, but I'm 58 years old I have finally come to the realization that I need help So if you're apprehensive, I get it .My Doc really listened to me and I appreciated that More than he will ever realize .

MedVidi is a complete scam! They take your money to schedule a visit. After that they make you call, email and msg them for days or even weeks and waste hours of your time repeating the same fake msg, that they will send you an Intake form. After you fill out the same intake form countless times and continue to call and email to see why they won't set you appointment, they eventually and reluctantly set an appointment, which they either reschedule or cancel at the last minute, or they don't show up for the virtual visit at all, but they claim they do so they can steal your money. After they no-show or reschedule your visit and keep your money, they have the nerve to demand another payment if you want to "reschedule". I can't wait until a class action lawsuit is filed against this scamming company and the owners, "doctors" and employees (somewhere in India) are all sent to prison. I'm contacting my lawyer this week, and I encourage anyone who was scammed by this company to do the same.
