Mar 27,2024I paid for an appointment but never received my intake email. I have been waiting for a full week now, and I am out of my medications with still no appointment in sight. I sent proof of receipt for the $135 payment, and I am extremely upset about waiting for an appointment or a refund at this point. I have been a customer of this service provider for a year, and up until now, they have been great. However, I am disappointed that no one has rectified this situation promptly. Mar 21,2024At first I thought this was going to be some kind of scam.After finishing everything I couldn't of been more wrong this place is a godsend for people with no insurance or for people that get looked at like drug seekers by regular doctors. The only issue I had was finding a pharmacy to fill my prescription but I found a place called RX OUTREACH PHARMACY the prices are cheap and for a little extra cost they 2 day mail your meds to your front door. I didn't even know that there were companies that could mail. They will fill and mail just about any medication I really can't say enough good words about medvidi and also that online pharmacy so if anyone has problems getting yours filled which I'm sure 99 percent are go that route the pharmacy use this rule that if the doctor live more then 50 miles from you they won't fill it such BS it is so hard nowadays for someone that is a recoverd addict that is doing everything they proper way and changed your life around but still need some phsycotropic meds to function normally in society but then to be looked down upon by most doctors and even the nurses . Medvidi thank you for giving a chance for people like me just trying to live a normal life you are a life saver .THANK YOU.

Mar 20,2024TOTAL SCAM! If I could give zero stars I would! I made an appointment and received the confirmation and link 50 mins before scheduled time. When I went on the link it said “rescheduling on process”. While in the middle of a panic attack I called customer service only to be told that someone will get in touch with me to make a new appointment. Next I received a message saying my “refund request is being reviewed”. I called back customer service only to be told the “provider said I need to see an in person doctor”. I didn’t even see a provider so I can’t understand how that choice can be made! I asked to speak with a supervisor and there aren’t any! I keep being told I’ll receive a call back which is a total lie. What a fail! Shame on MEDvidi mango clinic and EZ Care!!!!

The doctor called me at the exact time our appointment was scheduled, and actually listened to my responses to his screening and assessment questions. This was my first visit, and he explained what I should expect. My Rx was ready 18 hours later! Follow up texts were received and seemed genuine. I’m impressed and grateful. Thanks MEDi

Mar 06,2024Paid cash for an appointment seen the Dr.for about 5 minutes was told my prescription would be sent electronically to the pharmacy I chose,a few minutes after my visit ended I received an email stating that medvidi would be discharging me,I called customer service to verify my prescription they told me the Dr.refused to write my prescription.These people are crooks and I really recommend you take your money and time somewhere else,

Mar 06,2024I wish 0 stars was an option. I have been using this service for close to two years and I honestly say this I have NEVER had a single appointment go smoothly or without issue. Everytime it is something with them. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, money hungry and selfish is the best way to describe them. They can have all kinds of delays, ignore you, and take almost a week to send a prescription, but god forbid if you run late to an appointment they expect you to open your wallet and bend over backwards. I put up with it for so long because I liked my doctor/provider but no more. Wont be continuing using them

Mar 06,2024Saw a Dr…. She wasn’t a psych. Gives me a script…. It’s sent all over the country to different online pharmacies. One couldn’t do it, the other had no record of anything for me. Constantly calling and talking to people who don’t understand you is really off putting. Then the girl hands up on me. I’m doing more than this review, I’m reporting them to whoever is medically necessary.

This company was referred to me by a good friend. i guess she has had decent experiences with them. me, not so much. my regular doctor has consistently increased her rates rendering her unaffordable. i therefore have not been able to renew my prescriptions. my friend told me to try this company so that’s what i did. i made the appointment, paid my $200, and filled out the intake form. the form requests a photo of a government id so i uploaded a picture of my license that i had in my camera roll. apparently it was an older photograph and the license was expired. any professional would pick up the phone and request a recent photo. nope. not this one. all i got was a text saying that my appointment was cancelled due to inaccuracies. so for the next hour i tried to get through to find out what the inaccuracy was. after about an hour of this fun game i was informed that the photograph of the license was expired. no problem. or so one would think. i sent them an updated photo thinking that my appointment would be reinstated. nope. max, or brian or whomever i was speaking with in asia cancelled my appointment, and furthermore, advised that it would be a month before i could get a refund. additionally he continued to lie and misrepresent the company’s services which resulted in me having a full blown anxiety attack; the avoidance of which was the initial reason why i came to be in contact with this company after numerous more calls and endless hold times, max, brian, or what ever he is calling himself finally calls me back to advise that he has my license. yea. i know. i’m the one who sent it, remember? however now there are no more appointments despite what it is showing online. max brian is clearly just trying to be difficult and takes pleasure from upsetting (whom i am sure he considers to be frivolous) americans. he finally makes an appointment for me for the following day. so much for my wasted time, night and money. oh and best of all, he tells me to be on time for this appointment or they will fine me $50. unreal. i guess i’ll see how things go tomorrow but i have a feeling i will be contacting my creditor. all of this smells like yet another asian scam.

Mar 05,2024They didn't create my ESA correctly I have been waiting half a month for them to correct it. When you contact customer support there is nobody there, you just sit on hold for hours. When you contact them through FB same thing you just sit and wait for hours. This company is a scam do not use them. I will never use this company again and full intend to contact the FTC and BBB and file a complaint. It's March 4th and I have been "escalated" and never recieved a call. Today alone I have waited on hold for about 3 hours, and on facebook for about 3.5 hours now. Obviously nobody there. They take your money and never speak to you again.

Mar 03,2024I told you 1 million times to stop contacting me. This company will take all of your money. You will spend so much money getting some medication and then they will cut you off then you will have to pay to go through withdraws with them then they offer you all these discounts $69 here $75 here $85 here but they don’t work and you’ll be charged 169 if not more the only people that are reading this five stars are the people that are getting controlled substances shut this place down I’ve asked my Money Back several timesI’m going to report them. I hope you do the same. Like I said, only if you’re getting Xanax, Valium Adderall, Klonopin, sometimes you don’t even see the doctor for this company to be falsifying identity. Trying to make you think you’re talking with a psychiatrist and they do that then you can’t get another appointment because the calendar is filled or you have to book a whole month in advance and get somebody else and they cut your medication by 90 to 60 pills. This company is making $169 within four minutes. I want my money back this is this is nothing but a scam, I ask you to please turn this company in get a real doctor to help you

Mar 01,2024I found the scheduling process to be very easy and I was set up with a wonderful doctor. She really listened and understood my concerns and also prescribed me some medications that helped address my concerns as well. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I have my second appointment tomorrow so I’ll update my review but I fully expect it to go well. I would definitely recommend this service.

Feb 25,2024I had my appointment. The Dr was great. However, my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I tried calling them and you can literally never get through. I tried messaging them, but it says they are experiencing technical difficulties and it has sent this for 2 days. Yet, it takes my money just fine. Why I keep going through this service is beyond me. Time to find another provider. Please send my prescription as the doctor wrote it and is says "prescription preparation" for the last 2 days. How long does it take to prepare a prescription?

Mar 28,2024I was pretty skeptical about using this service after some of the reviews I read. But my provider (a nurse practitioner) showed up on time and called a prescription in to Walgreens, which was ready in 30 minutes. Considering my PCP refuses to prescribe the medication I need, this was a huge relief. $195 is too much to pay though!
