Feb 22,2024They have you schedule for certain times/dates but when you arrange your schedule to meet those times/dates they back out saying it wasn't "confirmed". A complete total racket. Then, if you want your money back because they can't seem to handle the business they are getting they tell you 28 days for a refund. Do they not realize the meds they are prescribing can't just be stopped suddenly? They should be a little more careful about their scheduling. Or hire more doctors. They are completely worthless.

Feb 13,2024I was very impressed with this service and had an excellent experience with Lina Ghosh. She asked me in detail about my mental health and personal history, was kind, and efficient. My prescription was ready and on time at my nearby pharmacy with no issues, whatsoever. I definitely will be using this service in the future. Five stars.

Feb 10,2024This place is a scam After I paid my visit and waited to see the doctor the doctor came on within 2 minutes told me he wasn't going to write me a prescription unless I took a drug test I went and took a drug test uploaded the documents for him to come on and say now I need a clearance form from where I took the drug test and then after that he would be able to write me non-stimulant ADHD medication and that's it after I took the drug test it took at least a week and a half before I can even get through to somebody to actually help me a whole week and a half of hearing the same scripted lines this place is a nightmare you ask my honest opinion it's a scam

She was amazing, she asked a lot of questions and confirmed what areas of help I would need before prescribing something that would help my multiple symptoms and gave helpful feedback on what meds would work better for my situation, instead of generically throwing basics at a wall and hoping it'd stick; it felt like she knew what I was going through and how best to start managing symptoms. It has been nearly 8 years of medical trauma to find a doctor who is patient and helps me make sense of where medically things need help and space to grow. Healing Hope! (Coming from a previously stated complex case)

Feb 07,2024MEDvidi is great, they put me with a great FNP-BC Taryn Farell and she was amazing. Taryn really listened to me, explained some medications that I could try to help with my ADHD. I cannot say enough good things about MEDvidi and the provider. I would give them 100 stars if I could. If you’re questioning about whether to try MEDvidi, just do it.

Jan 30,2024On this months episode of "What's Up Medvidi" UPDATE: They reached out and got me a same day appointment with a different doctor. Suggestion for Medvidi would be to find an alternate doctor with availability BEFORE you cancel or change our appointment. We are all using this platform because we NEED our meds. We don't care which doctor we see, so long as we see a doctor!!! Back again with another month of issues! Had an appointment scheduled for the 26th and they confirmed the morning prior. 10 minutes after confirming they called and said no doctor is available until the 30th. Ok that leaves me one day without meds, no big deal. Here we are the morning of the 30th and 28 minutes before my appointment they text me: no doctor available until the 1st. Another 2 days with no meds. What exactly is going on with this place!? Why can’t you just have one single month without issue!?

The nurse practitioner Alena was fantastic we had a great talk we had talks about the weather haha and about just scripture but I do a podcast on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. it's a Christian podcast just talking about God and stuff. Back to Alena yeah very very pleased no problem getting my medication so I am going to be sticking with you guys. Look forward to a professional and friendly friendship.
