Nov 12,2024I would absolutely use MEDvidi again for any doctors appointments. My doctor was Dr. McCall and he was such a great listener and really wanted to understand my problem and help me out. He was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. My pharmacy was giving them some trouble with my prescription but Bella, from customer service worked very hard to make sure everything was taken care of so I could get my prescription filled. She was very friendly and I appreciated her dedicated work. I highly recommend MEDvidi for any care you need. I’m so glad that they exist for people like me who need help right away.

Nov 12,2024Fiya the help center woman is very helpful and gave me a reasonable accomodation with a manual intake form to fill out instead of the multiple choice intake forms that I don't do well with. She is an excellent service representative and MedVidi should be proud to have someone like that on their team. There however is someone else that works there that keeps doing dirty things constantly like rescheduling my appointments for times when the doctor is not even awake and scheduling me for appointments that I don't necessarily want or aren't related to my needs and trying to double charge me for appointments which is a real hassle to deal with. Someone with access to my account constantly causing me all sorts of problems and mischief.

Oct 22,2024I have been using this teledoc service for a couple years now. And being honest a lot of providers are rushing through the appointment don't really seem to have any real compassion. Always feeling like a number. There are always good eggs within the basket. Dr. Michael Chichak actually took time to listen he was very genuinely compassionate. I am not a drug seeker but I have had providers treat me as such. He made me feel like a regular normal person and helped guide me to make the right decisions for me. Oct 20,2024Changing my rating because they finally resolved the problem! I was having technical issues with my account for a couple of days and was worried i wouldn't be able to see my provider on time as i need my meds. I'm seeing Dr. Lina Ghosh and she has been nothing, but wonderful, caring, attentive, and she actually listens to what you have to say! She makes suggestions and let's you decide instead of telling you what to do unless it's mandatory. It's a bit expensive, but i would say it's worth it considering how great the service is and i've never had any issues with my prescriptions. I always get my medication the same day. Needless to say, i recommend this company 100 percent!
