Med Vidi has been amazing I’ve got a phobia for mental health physicians but NP Whitney Oden has been the absolute best provider I’ve ever had she truly cares I’m a very good judge of people & u can see the compassion in her eyes when I speak I truly feel heard and cared for I’ve never had any other provider treat me with such love and compassion and also she really has amazing skills with my treatment everything she’s recommended has helped me drastically I cannot thank her enough and I will never use another provider if she leaves medvidi one day I will follow her
I had an excellent email experience with Ryan. His professionalism and friendly demeanor. He took the time to address all my concerns and provided helpful information.
Had an issue at first with my prescription being sent to a pharmacy that does not carry the medication I use. I called multiple times to have it sent to a different pharmacy and Fiya was completely patient with me. Overall process was amazing. Just make sure to upload your medical records to make the process even faster
The actual doctor that I meet with is great. He's been treating my issues promptly and effectively so I recommended Med Vidi to a coworker. She's been having problems with them since day 1. It's hugely embarrassing and now I'm starting to have issues as well. Customer service is often very nonchalant. One Customer service rep. lied to me TWICE! I have to use an old email link to access my patient portal. And today I had to call and remind them to have my provider sign my new script and send it to my pharmacy before they run out of my medicine for probably several weeks. This experience has not been good and I honestly don't know if I'll be rescheduling another follow up appointment. I'll surely not be making another recommendation any time soon. *UPDATE * (11/23/24) I did get my medicine. I had to harass them a little...but I got it. I appreciate the customer service person that helped me (sorry I forgot your name) today. Problem solved 😌 👌

I set up appointment, they cancelled it they said because of my medical history ? They did not tell me until called myself. I am a disabled vet. I have ptsd.and Ihave severe anxiety I have nightmares. I can’t get the Medicine I need, the Va stopped it. When the Va stopped it I went into a very dark place. So I picked up a marijuanna habit. The Habit took a turn for the worst and the weed wasn’t working but made it worse. So I quit the weed, and now my anxiety is back. I can’t sleep, I can’t relax, I have nightmares, Panic attacks. So when I called in for the telepath it would not go through.. The uncaring person in the phone, told me they would not see me because of my medical history. They are very uncaring and can barely speak English. So do not go to this place.. They hate Veterans…
MEDvidi started out promising, but on my 2nd appointment they ghosted me after I paid for the appointment. No one showed up to my appointment, no one helped me when I called in as requested after waiting 20 minutes, and no one provided a solution via email. This is day 14 of no communication/resolution from MEDvidi. The funny part is, once I warned them that I would be filing complaints with the BBB and review pages like this; my appointment has completely disappeared from my dashboard. They don't email receipts for paid appointments either, so it's good I collected evidence throughout the process and if you decide to not heed my warning here, at a minimum collect evidence while going through their processes to protect yourself. Update: After posting this review, MedVidi responded to this post and also reported it for "illegal or harmful content". My guess, is in an attempt to have bad reviews scrubbed. Appears the BBB was able to get them to finally provide a refund. Update2: Medvidi is bending over backwards now trying to get this review removed. They’ve spent more effort on this, than getting my appointment taken care of. Absolutely insane.
I tried to use a pharmacy that did not take new people to fill prescriptions for , Bella made it very simple for me to switch pharmacy thank u so much.
Bella helped me with issue on their backend. My prescription wasn’t going through to the pharmacy correctly…She managed to resolve it for me, while I had issues with previous person there not sorting it out. She was a great help. Thank you very much.
I was charged $200 for a five minute consultation because they gave me a doctor who is not licensed in my state. Customer service asks for the same information, over and over and over. No resolution for over a week now. I'm going to file a small claim in Court, so they will be forced to spend money to hire an attorney. All they had to do was refund $200.
I just love Gina she was kind and she took care of business. She even let me know if I need anything? To pls call & they will do whatever is needed to make life easier for me. She’s a keeper‼️
