Komplette Katastrophe. Ich hab einen Mini PC bestellt, den ich aber dann wider zurückgeschickt habe (nachdem ich einen Beitrag unter anderem auf Reddit über die hohe Fehlerquote bei diesem Modell gestolpert bin), das ganze ist vor etwas einen Monat passiert und mein Geld ist immer noch nicht wider da. Auch der PC ist ist jetzt natürlich weg. Man wird immer wide vertröstet, das man angeblich im Lager nach dem PC suche, was aber scheinbar von wenig Erfolg gekrönt ist. Ich rate unbedingt vom Kauf ab!

At the end of December, I ordered the Minisforum UM890 Pro, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective and did not work. Upon contacting customer support, I immediately received professional assistance. The support representative was always in touch, helped me run diagnostics, and confirmed the issue. As a result, I received a replacement unit that works perfectly. I am satisfied with the company's service and highly recommend this store!

Ma pire expérience en achat en ligne. Il s'agit d'une société chinoise qui prétend vendre des produits de qualité. La société utilise des influenceurs pour venter ses produits. Mais les produits sont très fragiles, au moindre défaut, aucun retour possible, aucune réparation, aucun respect des règles européennes de retour. Le service technique répond très lentement. Le service de vente fait pression pour enlever les commentaires négatifs. Le produit a été acheté 500 euros et il n'a jamais été capacité de bien fonctionner.

Love the products. This is actually my third product from this store. I've bought the Minisforum UN100P because it's really good solution for a home lab server. Had to contact support for another machine that I've been non stop for almost 2 years and they were super nice and everything got handled without any problem. Could and have recomended already.

I bought a UM773 for delivery to Ireland. I was disappointed to find the delivery time was 3 or 4 weeks but I could have researched that and if I had I’d have still ordered it. I’m very pleased with the product which comes with items to allow me to attach it to the rear of the monitor. This may be useful but I suspect in practice it will make the on off button inconvenient with my setup but a good idea though. I’d recommend this product.

I have purchased the Minisforum V3 3-in-1 tablet from the EU site. The tablet was shipped promptly from the warehouse in Germany and arrived in my country in just a couple of days. The tablet itself works wonderfully, and I believe no other tablet on the market comes close to its price-to-performance ratio.

23年4月にUM773 Liteを購入し問題なく動作していたので引き続き自分の使用目的に合致したV3を24年5月に購入し問題なく動作していました。しかし或る日電源ボタンが効かなくなり起動出来なくなりました。 日本サイトの問い合わせ欄から問い合わせてみると”勤務時間中の2日以内で連絡いたします”とありますが1週間経っても連絡なく、取説に記載されたカスタマーサポートにメールしても返信なく、技術サポートにメールしてやっと中国語で返信がありました。再度英文で不具合内容を連絡すると電源ボタンを30秒長押ししろとの回答でその後連絡しても返信なし。修理や代品対応等どうなるのか不安です。 【追記】 この投稿の後、サポートから連絡が来るようになり、状況説明等一日一往復のメールでのやり取りの結果、V3の代品が無く廉価版との交換を提案してきました。しかしV3内のデータが必要なため修理依頼を強く要望したところ此方で修理すれば修理代を支払うとのこと。タブレットの修理実績が多い都内の修理業者に持ち込み簡単なテストをしたところ内部バッテリーへの電流が極端に少なく入出力端子の接触不良等でなくバッテリー本体の不良の可能性が大とのこと。この場合その業者ではV3の修理実績もなく内部バッテリーの代品も入手できるか分からないため、国内の修理業者での修理はリスクが多いと判断しました。 此の旨を説明するとメーカ側で修理するとの提案があり、結果的に香港でのメーカ修理を実施し、バッテリーの交換により無事復活しました。 不具合解決まで2カ月弱掛かりましたが最後まで対応頂き結果的に無事修理でき、★から★★★に変更したいと思います。但しメールでのレスポンス等更なる改善を期待します。

A week ago, I communicated with Molly, Nicole, and Bella (likely all fictitious names) about wanting to cancel my order MS52194, but it still has not been canceled. Now you say that I have to wait another week due to a heavy workload. This is very strange, as it was previously (after the holidays) very easy for you to cancel order MS51908 when I wanted to change the order from the defective UM790 Pro to an UM890 Pro. In fact, it was canceled right away, and I happily ordered the UM890 Pro, only to be informed it was out of stock. So I chose to cancel my order. Despite your attempts over several emails to change my mind, I steadfastly insisted on canceling. After many emails back and forth with different representatives, you finally accepted my cancellation and said I should expect the refund within 7 days. Now, 7 days have passed, and order MS52194 is still not registered as canceled, and I have not received a refund yet. Therefore, I wrote to Minisforum yesterday, and Bella's reply was that it would be processed before next week due to a heavy workload. Sorry, but that is not acceptable as I have already waited 1 week. I know that you can cancel it if you want to, as you did exactly that with my order MS51908. What are you doing, Minisforum? Are you slow-walking my cancellation so you can "accidentally" ship my order that I canceled next week? If you don't want people to cancel their orders, maybe you should state the expected delivery time on the product. CANCEL AND REFUND MY ORDER MS52194 ASAP. Best regards

Order not shipped after 70 days, refund process took 15 days and didn't even refund the original amount. I placed the order during the black friday deals and after waiting for the 790s7 to ship for 70 days, I ran out of patience and asked for a refund. I had to create 3 tickets for tracking shipping, and 2 for the refund itself, the whole process is a mess not to mention all the vulnerabilities in their bios and other models cooking themselves. The cherry on top was when i was refunded only 426 USD, after I paid 440USD as the order total.

De ventilator van mijn UM 790 moest vervangen worden. Minisforum heeft het keurig toegestuurd, waarna ik de ventilator vervangen heb. Mijn UM 790 draait nu weer fantastisch !! 5 sterren voor Minisforum! Frans

Terrible customer service. They wasn't able to respond to my cancellation request i sent 3 minutes after placed order and order with wrong item was shipped internationally next day. DHL says item wasn't shipped only sending information was added to system. I believe they manipulating information to avoid order cancellation. AVOID THEM

Avoid this company at all costs! I bought the AtomMan G7 Ti in late August. It was supposed to ship the next month but it was only delivered on October 1st. Fine, I accept it. I set up the mini PC two weeks later. Since mid-October I have been using it for playing Steam games like Black Myth: Wukong, F1 2024, Dirt Rally 2.0 et cetera. I don't use it very often but every time I do, the fans in game mode will occasionally become super loud. So loud that my wife thought it was raining outside. Anyhoo, on Feb 03 or 04, it just went kaput when I was playing F1 2024. Just like that. I cannot be turned on after. I quickly reached out to the support and this is when reality hits. Do not ever buy a mini pc or pc for that matter from a company that has no physical local support. Never EVER. The first reply was prompt. Almost immediately. The reply asked for two things: if the power supply LED is on and the serial number. I promptly reply. Then it was radio silence until February 12. 8 days to respond! I am flabbergasted. And to make matters worse, the reply for another product not mine! Holy mother of… I am speechless at this point. I replied pointing out this fact and then they came back with two emails on February 14. One was in Chinese asking for the serial number (again) and the order number. The other email contains some troubleshooting steps in poor English. Now, here’s the thing. This is a 1,300 dollars machine, I don't expect myself to become their technician and troubleshoot. Usually, a pc company without local tech support would have just arranged for collection and exchange. But no. It has to ask me to do their deeds. So please folks, do not. I repeat, do not buy from these guys.

I purchased the AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS with Radeon 780M Graphics and 64GB of memory to replace my desktop PC. The performance is exceptional—it's running 4K video editing seamlessly. I ordered from the EU warehouse to Croatia, and the final price was exactly as advertised, even though the shipment came from Hong Kong at the end. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I had inquiries about my package. I waited 2-3 weeks for a delivery, but I have ordered in the middle of New Year holidays.

Bonjour, Bon le retour est mitigé, j'ai fait une commande pendant la période du nouvel an chinois et les délais était annoncé comme expédier a partir du 5 février 2025. Après avoir attendu cette date, je leur est demandé quand est-ce que le matériel serait expédier et la on me répond pas avant la fin du mois. Ce qu'il ne mentionne pas sur leurs site (version FR), c'est que le matériel n'est pas en stock, si le site indiqué 'En stock' ou non, je pense que cela éviterait certaines frustration du a l'attente de la commande. On me propose la version supérieur pour 20€ de moins que le prix affiché, bof, bof... Cordialement,

Tldr: The product is great and customer service is helpful. There was an issue with a lost parcel but after the first parcel got lost and the item I ordered went out of stock in the meanwhile we quickly found a solution and got another one in the end that was delivered in a few days. The mini pc now sits below our tv and I can access everything I wanted through it and is working as a shared network storage in our home too.
