Mar 08,2025Minisforum: Impressive support! When my MiniPC arrived, it was a bit of a letdown as it wouldn’t turn on. After getting in touch with customer service, I was proper impressed by how quick off the mark Minisforum’s support team was. They sorted out the exchange in no time—less than a week—and no questions asked, replaced it with a brand-new unit. Now, this UM790 Pro is running as smooth as butter, with no bother like overheating or noise. All in all, I’m well-chuffed with how it all turned out! Fingers crossed Minisforum keeps smashing it—they’ve got a happy customer here!

Mar 08,2025Après l'avoir utilisé pendant plus d'un mois, l'ordinateur a eu quelques problèmes mineurs et j'ai immédiatement contacté l'équipe technique de Minisforum. La machine ne pouvait pas fonctionner normalement en raison des accessoires du produit. Nous avons reçu de nouveaux accessoires 4 jours après la communication et il n'y a désormais plus de problème avec la machine.

Mar 08,2025L’enthousiasmedu service client a largement dépassé mes attentes et ils m’ont également offert un tapis de souris en cadeau. Le produit était bien emballé et la logistique était rapide, je l'ai reçu le 4ème jour après avoir passé la commande.

Mar 08,2025I ordered 2x BD795i SE motherboards from Minisforum to use in my homelab as low power server systems, one of them arrived in working order however the other wasn't working. I'm currently working with support to get a replacement for the non-working device, however so far I'm very happy with these motherboards, in my opinion they're a bargain for the performance they bring to the table.

Mar 07,2025Habe vor 7 Wochen ein Minisforum V3 direkt auf der EU offizielle Minisforum Website bestellt. Artikel wurde nie versendet und alle Anfragen beim Support oder von Tickets blieb unbeantwortet. Unbedingt meiden und bei Amazon oder so bestellen.

Mar 05,2025Quiet and powerful My old PC could not be upgraded to the newest version of windows, so it was time for me to upgrade. The Cube is small, and quiet, it boots quickly and works very well. I did have an issue with WiFi and I noticed that one of the antenna leads was loose. When I installed a second SSD, I corrected that and now its perfect. Quick, fast and quiet. I love it.

Mar 05,2025I've had 2 different models of MinisForum basically die on me, their QC and reliability needs to better, plus their after sales support that really sucks. My Minisforum MS-01 kept getting the dreaded CMOS battery issue, have returned it (which they've acknowledged) and 1 week later they still haven't dealt with the matter. Zero communications in the past few days despite reaching out to them.

Mar 04,2025Good product32g, 6600m version. No complaints, I use this as my work PC. It has plenty of GPU power for gaming with 8g, no issues there. 1440p with ease on AAA games. Big bang for your buck honestly. Its pretty quite under work load, cpu and gpu. I would truly give this a 4.5 only due to memory speed at 4800 but that can be changed.
