Mar 03,2025Upon receiving this mini computer from Minisforum, I was struck by its delicate design. The chassis is small and exquisite, and the workmanship of the machine is also very good. It runs coolly with minimal fan noise, and such a small machine actually has a powerful cooling system.

Mar 03,2025Good communication and tracking information. I had just one minor issue with the rubber feet and got an immediate reply and from the customer service and we found a solution for it. The UM690 is very fast, price-performance ratio is very good from my point of view. Second SSD is installed, took some minutes because of the short cable, but works perfectly. Blue power on LED could be a bet dimmed, but this is only a minor issue. Windows 11 installation process was flawless.

I purchased my first computer from them two years ago, and it recently encountered some issues. I contacted the store email and they guided me on how to check the problem. Fortunately, my problem was solved.

Mar 03,2025UM890 PROを購入、ミニPCのサイト感がいい、スピードも早い、USB-Cで4K モニターを接続し使用しています。今のところ安定して動作しています。PD給電をサポートすることが素晴らしいです。 Oculinkポートも搭載しているので、その後、eGPUを追加して、パソコンのパフォーマンスをさらに向上させます。

Mar 01,2025Ich habe mir eine refurbished ms-01 Workstation als Barebone Version bestellt. Was soll ich sagen - einfach genial. Nach zwei Tagen am Sonntag beim Support nachgefragt, weil die Versandnummer noch nicht da war. Der sehr freundliche Kundenservice hat mir am gleich am Montag die Sendenummer zugeschickt. Am Freitag in der gleichen Woche wurde das Paket an die DHL-Packstation geliefert, wo ich es es am selben Tag ab holen konnte. Das Gerät war super verpackt. Die Verpackung sehr hochwertig, wie man es z.B. von Rechnerverpackungen bei Saturn oder Mediamarkt kennt. Das Metall-Gehäuse ist sehr hochwertig gefertigt und lässt sich ohne Schrauben öffnen. Ich habe eigene 2x32GB RAM Module von der Firma Crucial und NMVE M2 SSD 2280 Festspeicher-Module von WD verbaut, davon einen mit Heatsink, der noch von einem Playstation Upgrade übrig geblieben war. Der Server läuft unglaublich schnell, die Netzwerk Anbindung zum NAS ist mit 10GBit/s itop. Mit den eingebauten 64GB RAM war es möglich Deepseek-r1:70b unter Ollama auf einem Ubuntu 24.10 Betriebssystem laufen zu lassen. Fazit Man bekommt einfach unglaublich viel Rechenpower für das Geld. Die Onboard Grafikkarte reicht für den Server Betrieb völlig aus. Das spart auch Strom im Dauerbetrieb. Im idle-Modus verbraucht der ms-01 gerade mal 25 Watt (gemessen mit einem Leistungsmesser an der Steckdose). Im Voll-Betrieb unter DeepSeek zieht der Rechner 81 Watt bei einer Speicherbelegung von 48,2GB wobei die Lüftung anspringt aber angenehm leise bleibt. Ich kann die Firma und das Gerät empfehlen und werde bei Bedarf weitere Rechner bei dieser Firma kaufen.

Feb 28,2025My UM560 PC stopped working after 1.5 years. After contacting support, I was asked to send it back, and my warranty claim was approved. As part of the warranty process, Helen from the EU team offered me a refund, but with a 45% depreciation fee. While this might seem fair if I were solely interested in getting money back, that’s not my goal. I explained that I needed a replacement PC and expressed interest in some models similar to mine, including the UM773 Lite, which is actually cheaper than the UM560 I returned. So far, so good. However, here’s the catch: Helen’s proposal for an exchange was based on the full price of a new product minus the depreciated value of my returned unit. To illustrate this, if I wanted to pay nothing extra for a new PC, I would have to settle for their cheapest model, priced at around 200 euros, which is significantly inferior to the one I sent back. What’s the logic behind this? It seems they want me to get this money from them to buy wiith another brand.

Feb 28,2025I purchased the MS01 direct from MinisForum last year for a project. The unit wasn't used for around six months due to delays in the start date of the project. When it did come to time to use the MS01, it wouldn't switch on. I contacted MinisForums and received no reply. After a few google searches i read some people had success with replacing the CMOS battery, which i did. This was a short lived fix because after a month of the unit being used and after performing a reboot the system once again didn't turn on. I replaced the CMOS battery again, this time to only be greeted with a black screen and the unit switching off after 2mins. I once again email MinisForum on the 22nd January 2025 and after a month of waiting i still haven't receive a single commutation. I am in the process contacting Trading Standards and would strongly advise anyone NOT to purchase any Minisforum products as they are demonstrate nothing but contempt for The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Feb 28,2025I purchased a refurbished AMD Ryzen™ 9 6900HX (UM690) / 16GB RAM +512GB SSD. I am very happy with my purchase. I had heard that some models feel cheaply made, but mine is solid and seems high quality. The setup was very easy. The PC is fast and there wasn't too much bloatware, which was nice. I have used this PC for gaming, website design, running libreoffice and doing some graphic design. Everything has been smooth so far. I am quite pleased with my purchase and as it was refurbished, it was a fantastic deal. Customer support has been great. I even got a response during the Feb holidays(in germany). I would recommend Minisforum to friends.

Feb 27,2025The order for a 690 pro with 64 gb ram took nearly a month to arrive had about given up when it finally arrived, I complained in a previous post and had a reply from Minisfourm using the excuse of Chinese new year. However I have now been using it for a couple of weeks and am quietly pleased, it is quite but at times runs a bit slow running two HD monitors and photos hop. Would I get another probably not it is small and neat, but a tower and graphics card would be better perhaps. After I complained about delivered I was promised 15 euros refund but am still waiting. I totally agree with the other posts about customer service this does need to be improved. But on balance I am happy enough.

He contactado con el servicio post venta y no me han atendido. Un producto muy defectuoso y el servicio peor. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Still not solved after sending the EMAIL

Feb 25,2025Satisfait en tout point concernant mon EliteMini AI370. Livraison très rapide, prix compétitif et ce mini-pc est vraiment complet et performant. Ultra-compact pour une puissance phénoménale. Il lui manque peut-être la possibilité d'étendre la RAM mais en comparant tous le mini-PC existant à cette date, c'est de loin le meilleur. Les tests et comparatifs sur Internet que j'ai tous lu de long en large ne mentent pas.

Mar 04,2025I returned the SER8 and got this instead Very quiet, especially compared to the SER8, its a much better build also also does not have aged USB2 ports compared to the SER8 and actually has many more options in the bios like WOL (wake on lan) support. Very happy with this purchase!
