Jan 23,2024I purchased a pre-release UM690 and had a few mysterious stability issues. It turned out it was a memory issue. Minisforum support replaced my system with a new UM690. BTW it has a better heat diffuser for M.2 disk. Support was very competent and quick in resolving my issues. The new system is flawless, runs excellently on my Win 11 insider DEV edition as well as Manjaro Linux with the latest Kernel (6.7). -- I really like this system as it is so much faster, smaller and quieter than my older desktop (upgraded and given to neighbor)

Jan 22,2024Recently had the displeasure of dealing with Minisforum customer support. I had to return a product that did not function as expected. However, Minisforum customer support tried everything to avoid their responsibility and seemed unaware of EU consumer protection regulations. They also tried to make up new rules on the spot that did not appear in their returns policy. When reminded about EU regulations, they finally agreed to let me return the device and issue a redund, minus a restocking fee. I will think long and hard before purchasing from them again. Improvements that I would like to see are: - Better training for their support agents (regulations and their own policies) - Clear and consistent device specifications for all of their devices (even discontinued versions)

Jan 21,2024After a rough start I must admit that I'm very happy with the AMD powered UM790 Pro. Very silent, rock solid, not a single BSOD since the start and very powerful rig. I'm running LM Studio like a charm and and all my games are running smoothly at 1080p. Huge value for the money to be honest.

Jan 15,2024Accompanied me in troubleshooting a product that was no longer being sold. In the end, the product was replaced with a different model. The proposed troubleshooting method may be difficult for beginners as it is intended for people with PC knowledge.

Jan 08,2024gk41が不調となり相談。SSDの刺し直しとCMOSリセットを提案され、半信半疑ながらその通り実施すると問題は解決。その際、OS再インストールも行おうとしていたのだが、通常インストールでは不明になるデバイスがあり、こちらも相談。デバイスドライバをいくつか追加して解決したが、その際リモート操作による調査等も実施いただいた。サポートのレスポンスはとてもよくて満足。反面、元々のSSDの取り付けが甘い、Web上を検索しただけでは必要なドライバが見つけにくい等を改善いただけるとよりよいと思う。

Jan 08,2024Purchased a Venus UM760 Pro and was surprised how quickly it arrived in Australia from Hong Kong. The machine is a neat little thing with a ton of power in a neat little chassis and a low noise level. I was genuinely surprised with the performance from this little box as I used it with a Razer Thunderbolt eGPU with zero problems. Games ran smoothly and I had no issues with the Crucial 32gb 4800mhz DDR5 RAM I purchased. Overall, a great device for a great price. Thanks, Minisforum!

I requested a return/exchange and the Minisforum team gladly accepted and helped me throughout the entire process. Great team and amazing product!!! This mini pc is Amazing! Get it while you can! COD and others on high graphics at 70+ FPS. Great AMD combo 💎

Their timezone is in Hong Kong/China with only 29 employees which would explain this delay and/or no response. (Information obtained from ZoomInfo. To find specific company details, type the following after the website address: /c/minisforum/476487457) 2) Their website and support pages leave little information for the DIY technicians to troubleshoot and resolve their own miniPC issues. In fact, there is more detailed information on REDDIT than their website support pages. 3) For those considering a purchase of a miniPC from the MinisFourm website, it would be best to purchase from their Amazon Store. Their direct warranty claims have a lot of legal holes for which MinisForum can deny your claim and refund. 4) Their positive customer service ratings on platforms like Trust Pilot appear to be AI-generated as you compare each comment being similarly written. For me, this just adds another “red flag” to their business dealings. 5) If you are considering the purchase of a miniPC, I would recommend reading this article from Linked called "Mini PC Market Size In 2023 : Share, Trends, Opportunities Analysis Forecast Report By 2030" to gain better understanding about the immerging miniPC industry. Jan 03,2024会社で、4つのPCを購入し一つだけ先に到着しました。疑問に思い配送伝票に書いてあった国内の発送元、おそらく倉庫配送センター？に電話して、本社にも伝えてもらいました。倉庫・配送センターの丁寧な電話応対で、そして、問合せのサポートのメールもとても丁寧で分かりやすい説明でとても好感が持てました。また結局残りの3機も思っていたより早く到着しました。ありがとう。 国内に在庫がたまたまあったとのことで、配送元は別の会社名となっており、その場合は、箱の中に別々に送付しますという説明の書面、またはメールでお知らせしてくれた方が良いかもしれません。宅急便の荷物で、段ボールに入っており開封するまで中身が分からないので、知らない宛先だと開封できないからです。 でも、何はともあれ、とても早く到着しすぐに使えることになったので大変うれしいです。早速、追加の1台（EM680）も注文しました。さらに小さい小型タイプとのことで、会社の皆でとても楽しみにしてます。 今後ともサポート頑張ってください。

Dec 29,2023最近、Youtube向けの動画編集が増えましたので、HM90から2年ぶりに買い替えました。Ryzen7 Radeonのパワーは、その違いが実感できるほど圧倒的でした。また、USB4ポート2つ実装しているのもポイントが高いです。また、本体上面の「光るLED」ですが、購入者はゲーマーばかりではないので、ちょっと余計かな・・という気がします（BIOSからOFFにはできますが・・）。価格は少し高めですが、それに十分見合った性能を実感できますので、ゲーマーからビジネスユースまで幅位広いユーザーにおすすめできます。

Dec 28,2023I recently bought a UM790 Pro and I got it delivered to the Netherlands in about 3 weeks. I must say that the PC is pretty small for such a beast! It is really fast and silent. Also their support is awesome, I had a couple of questions sent through email and their response was fast and accurate. I do recommend MinisForum for the people thinking of getting one!

Jan 25,2024I recently had an experience with Minisforum where I purchased a PC that unfortunately got lost in transport by FedEx. I contacted Minisforum customer support and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, which took three months due to issues with FedEx. They handled the situation very professionally and were able to sort out the problem. I would like to give a big thanks to Lily and Shiney, who were the best of the best in terms of customer service. I highly recommend Minisforum not just for their excellent customer support, but also for the quality of their products. Overall, a great experience with Minisforum.
