UM450を使用して約1年になりますが、突然、 起動できなくなり、サポートに連絡しました。8個ほどの復旧対策を連絡いただき、順次試したところ、8個すべてを実施したところで復旧できました。パソコン本体内部のSSDやメモリーなどを取り外したりする作業まで含まれますので、それなりの知識がない方は難しいと思います。それを覚悟でコスパの良い製品をお探しなら十分選択肢に入ると思います。
Auch wenn die Zahl der Mitbewerber in diesem Spezialbereich der Mini PCs hoch ist, ist die Firma Minisforum eine Gesellschaft für die engere Auswahl. Ich suchte zunächst nach einem Produkt des Wettbewerbs. Habe aber vergleichend festgestellt, dass Minisforum die teilweise attraktiveren Produkte anbietet. Die Bestellung auf der ansprechenden Homepage gestaltet sich einfach und die angegebenen Lieferzeiten werden eingehalten. Wenn man sein Augenmerk vor einer Bestellung auf das mit dem Lagerbestand verknüpfte Lagerhaus lenkt, sind die ziemlich genau veranschaulichten Lieferzeiten (bis zu drei Wochen Hongkong und sehr kurzfristig Deutschland), auch kalkulier- und einplanbar. ;-)
Minisforum not tested their product fully before release. I returned the UM790pro which had many problem. I trusted Minisforum would learned from mistakes so I bought the UM780xtx and found out many WHEA errors. Apparently there is an issue with their implementations of PCI with 2 LAN ports & WiFi.
I've bought the UM790pro on EU shop few months ago and I got the random reboot issue that has been reported on Discord channel by other users (I was not aware of the issue before buying the PC). After trying and failed to fix the issue with the suggested solutions by the community, I've contacted the Minisforum EU support related to random reboot issue. As device was under warranty they said that I'll get a new device shipped to me when I sent back the current one. The device is received in their warehouse and I'm waiting on new device, which I managed to upgrade to 64GB, as initial configuration was 32GB. That was also a big plus as there will be no need for me to buy a separate RAM sticks to upgrade to 64GB. Also, when I needed to delay the shippment of the initial unit, as I was on vacation, the Minisforum support jumped in and without an issue agreed on delivery date that was fit for me. Overall great support and response time was within few horus or next day max.

Fair prices but in some cases long delivery times (it is possible to order products which are out of stock - pay attention to the product description). But I got a fast answer to my request and i am looking forward for my mini pc.
Stay away from this company like fire, they are a company that tries to produce as many Mini PCs as possible and do not do QA, meaning they manufacture and sell and then you get stuck with a sea of faults with a new device. I purchased a UM790 Pro, the device has had problems since the first day, it keeps crashing non-stop, after opening a case in support, they tried to do all kinds of solutions like checking the memory card, checking the memory slots, replacing the memory, replacing the M2 hard drive, installing an operating system 5 times, BIOS update, everything fell into the drain only after a long and tedious scenario with the support they realized that there was a problem with the hardware of the unit I received, probably a problem with the motherboard. This is a lousy society, there is no mother and no father, no one takes real responsibility, I am currently waiting for details to replace the product. Stay away like fire, go for a known and reliable manufacturer like Dell/HP/Asus/Intel Nuc/Lenovo
The worst customer service ever. I had an issue with the DP port as mentioned by other reviews. Instead of posting correct info on the sale page or support the customer they kept playing silly games in terms of asking to send photos, videos of the item then stopped replying altogether. It's only recently and after my complaint that they added a line at the bottom of the description advising that the DP port requires an Active cable type , in the meantime they refused to take responsibility for their misleading description or to supply the correct lead.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Minisforum. Nach einer extrem verzögerten Lieferung meines Pre-Sale PCs (4 Monate) traten nach wenigen Monaten ständige Neustarts auf. Alle Versuche, das Problem zu beheben (Windows neu aufsetzen, alle Treiber aktualisieren, BIOS updates, ...), scheiterten. Der Kundensupport war katastrophal – lange Antwortzeiten und unverständliche Kommunikation durch schlechte Übersetzungen mittels Google Translator. Ich verlangte eine Rückgabe des defekten Produkts und Minisforum bot mir nur 85% des Kaufpreises als Rückerstattung an, obwohl zwei Jahre Garantie versprochen waren!!! Ich habe vor Wochen(!!!) das Gerät zurückgeschickt und frage jede Woche nach, wann ich meine Rückerstattung bekomme. Ich werde jedes mal vertröstet, dass sie aktuell überlastet sind und es wohl noch einige Zeit dauert. Nie wieder!!!
I own both an HX90 and an HX99G, and both have been great and reliable
After 6 month using UM580 minisforum, our experience is as follows: The USB devices are unreliable (e.g. standard cameras are partly not recognized with on/off behavior, while other computers have no issues), screen output devices unreliable (with two screens, 30% of time one of two is not served with signal, either via HDMI or via USB-C, no pattern), and finally unlogical: The USB-C power does connect with power and screen, but does not serve the screen as USB-hub connection. This means you cannot screens with power deliver and USB-hub. Other instabilities observed, but this would be to long to write about.
Ordered UM773 SE, good value at Helloween. And, GREAT customer service on the web.
UM790PRO Fantastic Mini PC, reviews are spot-ON!!! Ordered the UM790PRO, unfortuantely the original unit had shutting down issues. However, MinisForum Customer support offered a replacement unit immediately with no issues. Support of course was a concern as never dealt with this company before, however they are solid to work with and responded quickly. These are awesome Mini-PC units and working amazing for my day trading, 4 x multiple 4k/8k monitors!!! They definately are not mini, when it comes to CPU & iGPU power, tons of high quality latest I/O's avaiable, it is same, or better than getting a very high-end laptop, or workstation. But, having the flexibility to choose your own keyboards (mechanical), monitor types which is exactly what I like, full flexiblity. These mini pc's are easily portable as well, thus I put my keyboard, mouse, and 16"- 2k portable monitor in my backpack with power supply and travel with it wherever. Sometimes bring the mini pc downstairs from the home office and run it off the 65" 4k living room TV and play games, can even easily hook-up a powerful eGPU if your a serious gamer playing AAA titles through Thunderbolt 4, again highly flexible! Mini-PC is the future way to go!!
Minisforum has excellent customer service. I had a few questions before purchasing that they answered. And when we ran into a duty issue, they fully supported me and helped me get my PC. The PC itself is very nice and is built with excellent quality. I will definintely purchase from them again.

I placed my order and only 4 days later I had received the Minisforum system that I ordered. I had ordered the week before Black Friday/Cyber Monday, having completely forgotten about potential savings that may become later. When I saw a significant price drop, i was a little bummed out, but then I thought I would ask Minisforum if there was anything they could do. I heard back from them the same day and they said that they would refund the difference between what I paid and the promotional price! What a great company! I know that sometimes I'm reluctant to purchase something directly from overseas like I did here, but Minisforum has been great to work with.
Amazing customer service! I’ve owned several of their mini PC’s now and they are all exceptional quality. I’ve only had issues with one of their PC’s and they were extremely receptive to email support and offered me a replacement almost immediately. Great company and great hardware!

Dec 19,2023We use 2 UM480 and 1 UM690 for over an year at office. The UM690 had some overheating issues with freeze and restart. One week ago i contacted customer support, sent back the old device and now the UM690S is on its way as a replace. Very nice support experience compared to others. I will definetly buy MinisForum pcs again. Waiting for the Minisforum BD790i with PCIe5.0 for custom miniITX builds.
