Mar 12,2025I ordered a UM790 Pro from Minisforum for its compact size and powerful components to replace my aging 5,000+ dollar computer. I planned to have it to use as a video editing workstation for my YouTube channel and this thing seemed as it could easily accomplish this at a decent price while not taking up much space on my desk. Shopping the online store was an overall pleasant experience and I must praise their selection of varying tech applications on offer. I found all products were readily available, with a plethora of the latest and quite capable computer solutions and peripherals on offer, from motherboards and portable eGPUs and eGPU docks to mini PCs in many different configurations and price ranges that could fit any type of budget. Also, each item offered by Minisforum's online store has well presented information and detailed specs included in photos, graphs, benchmarks, and comparison charts. Checkout was secure and quick and the item processed and shipped from a US warehouse within the week I ordered it. I did have a problem with the package delivery service mis delivering my package, but that's on FedEx... I reached out to Minisforum support and they promptly responded to my emails and kept courteous and friendly communication to help me sort out the issue with my order, eventually leading to a parcel replacement. I have yet to receive my order to give an honest review of the product itself, but I CAN attest to my satisfaction with Minisforum's store/support service, assuring me that they would do whatever they could to help me find an acceptable solution...and that commitment to the customer is what puts them above the pack of other tech companies. These mini PCs are possibly the best pre built PC deal on the market right now in the niche area for users seeking a small but powerful unit comparable to desktop workstations and mid to high end gaming machines without spending a fortune! This is due in part to giving the consumer the option of barebones systems, and varying tiers of upgrades out of the box but mostly, these machines by Minisforum are what I consider the best of their category due to the quality name brand components they use, sufficient cooling application and design, top tier power efficiency, and upgradable ram/ hdds/ and expandable graphics options with occulink port connectivity on some mini pc models via their eGPU Dock. Minisforum gets a lot of things right ... And I just can't complain about much ... So if you are looking for a small PC that looks sleek but doesn't take up much space, and is capable of pretty much anything you could want to use it for ...look nowhere else but Minisforum. Now I just need to get that replacement unit shipped to me and I'll be set!

Mar 11,2025about this for my granddaughter to hook up her computer screens to do gaming she said everything works well and she is up and running so I guess the product was good enough for her to do what she needed to do so I guess she achieved her with this product.

Mar 10,2025I was seriously impressed with this little box slightly larger than a pack of cigarettes. It replaced completely my big chunk of desktop computer (I was moving toward Win 11 from this older Win 10 for security purposes). This new one came with a complete Win 11 system and space for three monitors.

Mar 09,2025小さくて静音性の高いPCを探してたどり着きました。youtuberさんのレビューに「ファンの音がほとんど聞こえない」とありましたが正直半信半疑で購入。 書類作業、動画再生、ブラウザゲームくらいでは耳を本体数cmまで近づけないとファンの音が聞こえません。 高負荷時になるとようやくシュイーンというダイソンドライヤーのような音が聞こえ始めるが、音量は扇風機の弱風より小さい。 一つだけ気になるのは、電源ボタンに内蔵された青色LEDがかなりの輝度であること。夜起動したままだとカナリ気になる。BIOSの設定などで消灯できるとよいが、付属の説明書には特にきさいがなかった。

Mar 08,2025I have been a loyal customer to minisforum for few years now, i have purchased about a dozen mini pc from them, always loved the small form factor, the performance is outstanding, the quality of the craftsmanship is wonderful, prices are quite reasonable, they have something for everyone, from entry level to high end gaming mini pc, I highly recommend minisforum products if you haven't tried them I'm sure you'll be a long term customer like myself.

Mar 08,2025i ordered a um 780 Pro barebone. i added 2 x 16 gb but the performance was not as wished. After contacting the customer service, i have asked if expanding memory to 64 gb was an option, which the customer service told me, my board was capable of. I purchased new Ram for 170 Euros and now see, that performance dropped, black screens and the board still only shows 32 gb, i also have not gotten any response until now, how to solve it.
