Aug 20,2020I ordered shoes, unfortunately I got the size wrong but they were beautiful, exactly as advertised. They arrived on time. I had communication many times with the Merchant, each time very successful, always replying very promptly and efficiently. I look forward to my next visit to their store. Can't praise them enough.

Aug 14,2020I ordered a box of electrical wire connectors that I had seen online and they arrived exactly as described. I must confess that they did take a little longer than most things I had ordered before - just over a month all told however I did send an email to customer services and they were more than happy to either refund me or send out a replacement, which I thought was very good. Unfortunately the tracking option was not working and neither myself or customer services were able to locate the whereabouts of the product. The product actually turned up a day or so later so I was able to cancel the re-sending of the product. I think given the current pandemic and the fact that everywhere is suffering (staffing-wise and trying keep everyone safe) that they did a brilliant job.

Jul 22,2020The product knee supports have helped me get good support because I have a bakers cyst on the back of my right knee. But since using the knee support has helped me start walking again. Because I couldn’t walk very well at all.

Jun 22,2020Can I please rate 0 Stars???? This company is diabolically awful. Ordered an item over a month ago, received nothing. Emailed the company who sent a replacement which still didn't arrive. Requested a refund through them for them to tell me they have requested it from wowcher who will email me to tell me when the refund will be received. Had no email from Wowcher now 2 weeks later. I give up hope of receiving the item and have had to threaten Trading Standards as this is beyond a joke.

May 28,2020Bought a costume dress and shoes via Pigsback for my daughter. They both came in separate deliveries which was fine and quick enough considering the current situation. The dress was as described and pictured but the shoes were the wrong size. I messaged them through Pigsback and received a quick response saying they have arranged for the correct size shoes to be delivered. Delighted with this customer service and problem resolved so quickly. Hopefully new ones won't take too long to arrive!

May 27,2020Very bad service!! I have ordered vine red tracksuit through Wowcher and what I got is thin white tracksuit. The quality is very poor and completely see through material ! I would never ever wear those tracksuit. I have tried to contact them - sent few emails, but no reply at all. I want either full refund or exchange (right colour) asap! My order number is 34209378 (05/05/20).

May 24,2020Terrible service. Clothing was appalling and promised a refund- not yet received any refund. Do not buy from this company. Bought through GOgroopie. I have read your reply back to me on Trustpilot but I still have not received my refund and left with a really bad coat, which you yourself stated you were not happy to send in first place due to poor condition. I am going around in circles. You tell me its gogroopie who need to refund and gogroopie tell me it's you who need to refund. Reply...... what is your customer service email. Even that is difficult to find !!!!!! Update on 29/05/2020...still no refund from either Mybluefish or gogroopie. No one taking responsibility. My advise is to stay clear of both. Will continue to update until refund received showing how appalling both sites are.

May 21,20201 star is over rating this company. I bought a track suit from this company through wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong colour, wrong size and the quality was shocking. It was completely see through, the material so thin I was afraid it would fall apart. I have tried to contact Blufish 8 times with absolutely no response and wowcher are no help either. I wouldn't recommend this company at all as their goods appear to be shoddy and their customer service is non existant. I've bought through wowcher on several occasions with no problems but after this experience I won't use their website again. My advice, avoid Blufish!!

May 20,2020Hello I believe 1 star is rating the product I received far too highly. I bought a dress through Wowcher. It looks nothing like the photo. I would not even wear it as a nightgown. The fabric is cheap and it looks awful. I am ok with buying something not so great if the price is good but when they falsely advertise using Wowcher then I feel completely cheated. Do not buy from this company. I think it is shocking that Wowcher don't check quality before they allow this sort of advertising.

May 20,2020This company is a nightmare , there is no transparency , no obvious contact details , the only one is the ‘support ‘ which is useless . I ordered a track suit from wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong size and wrong colour , and absolute garbage . I want a refund but have heard nothing following sending my details to them on ‘support’ . They need exposing if they are a non reputable company .

May 18,2020I also ordered a waist trimmer belt (through wowcher) and after 3 emails still had no response!!! Their 72 hours response time claim is load of rubbish - I’ve been waiting for reply since 9th May!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - especially if going through Wowcher - both absolutely no help and you’ll be lucky to get the goods. I made a big mistake :-(

Nov 25,2020My daughter in law ordered lobster Mac and cheese. The crust was burned and there was barely any lobster in it. When I mentioned it to the staff she brought back a thimble full of lobster. Really if you are going to have lobster Mac and cheese put lobster in it or dont have it in your menu
