22 days ago I reported a fault with my ZAPPI EV charger. I have had to chase Myenergi throughout. It took a call to customer service to get the part required sent out. The man dealing with me went on holiday so nothing was being done. I confirmed receipt of the part over a week ago and was promised an engineer would contact me shortly to book the repair. To date, despite chasing on the phone and getting the same answer, I have heard nothing. This is not the level of service I expect or will tolerate any longer. Update : Phone call from installer today. He missed the message from Myenergie? MyEnergie however, lied (see their reply below) and claimed the engineer had been on holiday. Booked in at least for Weds 13th. Update: 13th November. Just received a text from installer. He's ill apparently so not coming. Things now getting ridiculous. Simply the worst service imaginable. Update 15th November. Engineer called. Fitted new part. Now it will not even switch on. Parts clearly faulty. No doubt the part was on holiday. Beyond ridiculous. Totally useless after sales service. To be without a home charger for a month, stories about holidays as excuses is simply not acceptable. Go elsewhere if you want a home charger. However if you want a cowboy outfit as a Christmas gift I can recommend. MyEnergie have offered to replace the whole unit but, AGAIN, no definite day or time. I have given them until noon today to resolve or it will be uninstalled, sent back for a full refund and a new one bought and installed elsewhere at their cost or I'll see them in court
They really have some excellent support staff at Myenergi. I can't thank them enough for helping me get back on track charging my car. Many thanks.
We had a problem with our EV charger for a few days and I called up and Kat literally sorted it within minutes. Amazing customer Service. Thanks Kat 😁👍🏻
I actually had a faulty item that was a warranty repair, Myenergi were quick to respond, without question a replacement was delivered then an engineer to install and replace the faulty part
I am a big fan of MyEnergi products and especially like the way they integrate together and easily convey the key information, to a simple to use App on my phone. This allowing me to control my solar system and home heating. After nearly three years, whilst under warranty, one of my pieces of equipment developed a fault. It was really quickly replaced by MyEnergi and I was thoroughly impressed by how easy to contact and helpful their support team was. A part was dispatched promptly and within two days a friendly MyEnergi qualified engineer arrived to fit the part. All of it was coordinated wonderfully by a Service co-ordinator. A great company and staff. Thank you.

Russell helped resolve a connectivity issue between the zappi and eddi, carefully and systematically talking through the process with clear instructions. all devices fully connected again after an rf problem prevented comms. very happy
After some research, I opted for a myenergi solar pv system because myenergi scored very well in reviews on the quality of support. I am very pleased that I did so. My installer experienced a problem during installation and resolved it after a call to tech support, with no interruption to the installation. A few months later, I installed a solar diverter and water cylinder but could not get it to work with my solar pv system. An exchange of emails with tech support quickly resulted in pinpointing the problem. It nows works perfectly.

Sarah was brilliant with us from start to finish. An error message was displaying on our Zappi so we got in touch with myenergi support. A new unit was sent out and has since been fitted. We also got assistance with extending our warranty for peace of mind. Thanks Sarah!
I had an issue with my charger not charging at the right times and at the right rate. I called my energi and got through quickly, not passed from pillar to post, or cut off to be advised to use an online service that never works. The first line agent couldn't resolve, but was helpful and polite and arranged a call back. The second agent talked me through what to do and called back to check on progress. The advice worked and I had a follow up email as a POC which was great. All around top service which is rare in this day and age, would definably recommend.

The technical service agent gave me advice via email which allowed me to fix my issue. His emails were clear, helpful and polite. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that it took over a week, and one reminder email, before I received a response to my original phone enquiry.

Two technical experts on 30th and 31st Oct helped me get the Zappi back on WiFi. Both were very patient, kind and not at all patronising! Still not quite sure why the routine worked at the nth attempt rather than the n-1 or n-2 or n-3 etc! But it did; so I am very grateful.

Contact and arrangement with myenergi was good, installer was good, downrated because the actual equipment did not work fully after the install and now needs a warranty repair.
I was listened to and then talked through the process of installing my hub followed by pairing with all my devices. I could not have done it on my own. Sam was great very easy to understand and pleasent to talk to. Thank you

Nov 08,2024My Zappi stopped functioning properly and would only deliver minimal charge to my EV when on a Scheduled Charge Setting Steve at Myenergi very promptly and efficiently detected the problem and reset the Zappi.Follow up was excellent as was the speed of response to my telephone call
