Liam and James in the customer support team could not have been more helpful. They followed up when needed, returned messages and importantly solved my numerous problems never once making me feel it was user error. Brilliant customer service.

Fast reply on phone then email when I had an issue with my Zappi. Turns out the Zappi was fine but a poer issue in my area, however very happy with the respone from Myenergie technical support. Fast and efficient.

Just had Zappi fitted a few days ago. The myenergi App kept showing, device off. I spent hours or even days trying to link my phone app with the Charger. No luck. Then came to my rescue, Akrum. Really took me through a step to step guide, and boom all sorted. Next process now is to intergrate OIG with myenergi, Fingers crosses it will be as painful:) But it's good to know if there will be any issues then the support at myenergi is there. Thank you.

Once I was able to speak to someone, rather than by email, then it was easy to resolve the problem. Once I had booked a call it came within two working days and the guy was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Excellent service.

I bought a house and had an electrician fit an Eddi. It was never set up properly and I got lost trying to get it working. I sent an email in the morning to Myenergi support and received a call in the afternoon from Tom. Luckily I had the app on one phone and was able to follow instructions on another. I followed the instructions he gave me and he was able to follow what I was doing at his end. It is now up and running via my phone app and also on the unit itself in the house. The job would have been impossible for me alone without the support Tom gave from his end. Thank you Tom.

While the product itself is reasonable, the service I’ve received has been nothing short of frustrating. Communication has been poor throughout the process, with long delays and a complete lack of proactive updates—I’ve had to chase every step of the way. Mike, the project manager, has been particularly unhelpful and unresponsive. He made several mistakes on the DNO form, which delayed the process further, failed to explain key aspects such as the need for upgrading the fuse, and ignored messages for extended periods. This level of service is simply unacceptable for a company dealing with critical electrical installations. Not only that but when I asked repeatedly for the complaints process only to be informed that there was not dedicated process or team for handling complaints. When I was able to discuss my negative experience with someone on the phone, I heard nothing back from them. This really does seem like an amateurish company. Had this gone well I was considering purchasing a battery and additional monitoring from them, however I would absolutely not recommend Myenergi based on this experience.

I had a problem with zappi, was able to get phone assistance immediately, and was rung back by Tom later, and although we weren’t able to sort everything out, I am back and running 😊. So nice to get this personal help, provided with great patience!

Great tech support Some small issues were preventing me from programming remotely the Zappi. This issue was resolved in 10 minutes once tech support (2nd level). The kit is complex at first but seems to be a well thought out system

Tom was fantastic. Called me on Friday, appreciated I was out so I asked him to call me back on Monday. He called back promptly at the agreed time. He calmly analysed the problem(s), walked me through what I needed to do to rectify (config on Zappi and CT clamp). We then went through the tests to check it was working as expected. Thanks again Tom, Hitesh.

I wanted to buy an extended warranty for my Zappi towards the end of the standard warranty period. This was not as straighforward as I would have liked. However, was resolved promptly by MyEnergi to my satisfaction - thank you to those on the team who were involved in the outcome. I hope that the team can persuade the powers that be to look at tweaking the overall extended warranty process and just make it a little more customer focussed.

I rang Myenergi, as I had a set up problem, with my Eddi diverter, due to a power outage. They emailed me full instructions for a reset, which I did, but as I still had a minor issue, I rang them again. They were so helpful on the phone and talked me through, step by step, what I needed to do. Result - my Eddi is working fine and one very, very happy customer. Thank you.

Waited only 5 mins to speak to support engineer who managed to guide me through change of Wifi as iphone app was a little confusing for an 80 year old codger. Very knowledgeable and patient. Many Thanks.
