Installer arrived promptly, did fabulous neat job, no issues. Would definitely recommend installing a Zappi via the OEM. The MyEnergi installer was clearly highly trained and very knowledgable. Queries I made to the support desk in advance of installation were answered promptly, good level of customer service.

The Team at Myenergi are extremely helpful. My journey with resetting our Zappi, Harvi and Hub, when we changed our broadband provider and router was made so much easier, with the help and guidance from Tom and the Team. Thank you 👍

I bought Zappi 2 and trying to get this installed. It asking for reg number which is no where to be found and it won’t connect to wifi either. I called tech support, who kept reading the script had no idea what his talking about. It took him 10min to take my email addresss. Apparently they are triage team, who supposed to get tech support to call back, but they don’t know when they will call back, but I explained that I cannot be sitting next to zappi and hope someone calls back, he said the agent tells me he can’t tell when they will call back. Apparently they will email me, what’s the point of emailing, I need help to set the zappi up. I am regretting now buying this EV charger, after sales is awful.

I have a Zappi installed via Octopus. It didn't work properly (you can't set it to charge in the cheap hours overnight like you are supposed to) so Octopus said to speak to My Energie. I have had so many calls with them each time ending in being told action would be taken and not a single time has that happened. Unbelievably, when I called and asked to complain to a Manager, the manager then did the same- said he was booking in a visit to get it mended and never heard from the company again. Have since followed up twice to find out what is going on and nothing. Appalling customer service and all the time, paying more for charging my EV than I needed to because of this company.

After having my broadband router replaced I tried to reconfig the wifi settings on my Zappi without success, each time finding the web portal locked. I contacted myenergi who responded within a couple of hours. The fix took minutes and was down to a firmware mismatch between the zappi and eddi. All in all a great customer service experience. Only comment would be to add the firmware issue to the trouble shooting on the website. Additionally not sure why I needed to go through the Web portal as per the instructions as I didn't do it during the fix?

Really unhappy with myenergi. We have 2 EVs so installed a zappi charger when we moved to our current house, 17 months ago. Since then, the charger has burned out, with the cable fusing to the unit, *twice*. The first time, myenergi said "oh, we had a recall out on that charging unit" ... just that they hadn't bothered to tell us. So they sent out a new charger and installed it .... and then the new one burned out too. That was 2 weeks ago. We have been in touch with them numerous times. They eventually sent out the parts they said we'd need; they arrived on Tuesday. The installer arrived today (Friday) ... and said that the parts were not going to do the job because the charger had (wait for it) burned out, and the cable had fused to the charging unit. This was exactly what we had told them, so it's unclear why they'd not sent out the right parts. The installer told us that this is a common problem with this particular (untethered) charging unit -- it's known for it. So he got on the phone and ordered us a whole new unit (another one, tethered this time). It should arrive mid next week, and he'll be back to install it at the end of the week -- so, another week's wait, because they didn't respond properly to a known problem the first time round. We live in a rural area, are reliant on our cars, and both routinely have to drive long distances. Our nearest public charge point is 10 miles away, and charging these days costs more than refueling a petrol or diesel vehicle. We've probably spent £200 on charging at expensive public chargers in the last 2 weeks. No wonder people are not rushing to switch to electric. Sort your act out, myenergi.

Had a few teething problems with my Zappi, contacted customer service for support. Absolutely amazing service start to finish, from callbacks, emails and guided walk through. Sam from tech support was awesome.Thank you so much, Zappi back up and running in no time.

Had an issue getting my Eddi to install the most recent Firmware update. It meant I wasn't getting any data from any of Myenergi devices. I logged an issue and within 24 hrs got an email saying it was logged and within 48hrs a phone call to talk me through the solution. Tom was patient and explained everything clearly and we managed to resolve the issue. Very happy with the service received.

I had a 'tricky' problem which turned out to be caused by a number of different factors (none myenergi's fault), but the support I have received from myenergi (specifically 'Kat' in tech support) has been excellent. This company's products (hardware, app, dashboard and service), are superb, as is the tech support on offer when it's needed. I'm now up and running again and very happy with the whole system. Thanks again Kat.

We were referred to Sam as technical support had not been able to sort our problem out. From that moment all started to improve. He rang at the exact time he had arranged. He talked me through the whole process of getting us back up and running without talking down to me. So thank you Sam!! 5 stars!

The helpdesk team were very helpful, but when they realised they could not fix the technical fault, it got referred to tech support. They phoned me within a few hours of getting the instruction. I was on the phone with Sam for nearly an hour while he gave me instructions until it was sorted. Excellent service.

My Zappi stopped working, I contacted support, 1st contact was unsuccessful but Sam called me back the next day and sorted everything out quickly. Happy with outcome.

Had a tricky problem with registering my Zappi but thanks to two amazing guys in the Triage Team, Tom Walker and Iain Beharrell, it was all sorted. I would say the telephone wait time is a bit long (circa 10-20 minutes) but the service on the call is truly excellent! The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic.
