On the whole a good experience. I did get asked twice for the serial number and it took 2 weeks for the repair to be done but otherwise quite efficient.
Excellent service both from customer support and the on-site engineer. To be honest it was a surprise as so often you get let down by after care service. This wasn't the case with myenergi.
Peter rang me and was very polite, informative and explained things in layman's terms to identify the problem we had. It is not often these days that you receive exceptional service that at the end of the call you feel like a weight has been taken from your shoulders. Regards Dave
I had my charger installed as part of a solar panel installation. The installer was not helpful so I contacted myenergi direct. They were very helpful and supported their product even although I had bought the charger through a second party. The myenegi engineer was very thorough and improved the original work done by the agent. The charger is now working properly.
MyEnergi have great products and a great support team to back them up! Can always rely on them to come back to me and they have been out twice to sort issues which have arisen! 5* Support!

Today I got in touch with Myenergia Ireland support I spoke with agent Gary..My Zappi was down and system went off the grid.Gary was very knowledgeable, patient and very interested in finding solution to my problem,he remained online with me and even gave me a call back to make sure it was back working.His professionalism is a great asset to this Company. Had a minor issue with 13 month old Harvi. Engaged with customer support and we finally diagnosed a defective CT terminal on the Harvi Within three days I had a received a replacement Harvi under warranty and all now working perfectly Great help desk team and after sales service
Technologies are not simple when not being used to them. I needed to know how to control the times my charger was able to charge my car automatically. The Myenergi helpline were brilliant. They answered my emails promptly and Russell even phoned me back to talk me through. Many thanks
For well over a month now my Zappi charger has been failing to charge most nights, with a variety of different error messages. Every night I take a photo of today's error messages, which I send to myenergi tech support, who don't respond in any way. About once a week they bother to email me usually along the lines of "are you still having problems" which obviously I am as they have done nothing to help. To add to the abysmal "support", apparently there is a design flaw whereby the zappi conks out if it sees over 65A current being drawn from the grid, which is quite often if you have a heat pump and home battery. This is nothing to do with the errors I am seeing, just another one for the list of problems. Oh, and I am on my 3rd Zappi in 3 years as they seem to blow up annually. I wish I had never bought this useless product or dealt with this abysmal company.
Excellent customer service from Will We have EDDI & Zappi Recently EDDI started sending signal to turn on the immersion heater, when there was no solar surplus and no time slot to power EDDI on. Will fixed this by altering some settings remotely. He understood the issue and fixed it for us. Many thanks to Myenergi customer service for being there and dealing with the problem. A UK company with UK staff solving problems for its UK customers. Excellent service, thanks again Will & Myenergi.
I contacted the helpdesk because of an issue with a third party app. I got a very prompt reply and a solution to the problem. The adviser then made the process of making the changes I needed very easy and the problem was solved!
After a firmware change I struggled with an issue unique to my Zappi and Harvi installation. I lodged a ticket via email and got a very helpful response from Lily on their helpdesk. After some discussions that were very friendly and supportive we were able to roll back the firmware using clear plain English instructions and everything is now working as it should. This kind of support makes me very glad to have chosen myenergi for my EV charger.
Whilst away on holiday two storms passed through knocking our electricity off for some time. When I returned from holiday I found the Zappi only charging at 6 amps and lost it off the app! My installer was nowhere to be seen. I contacted myenergi and Akrum walked me through all the checks , it took some time but I’m pleased to say it is now back to working how it was! I even have a better understanding of the device and its setting now. Akrum and the support team did a fantastic job and would recommend the company even more now I know the support is there!
Lily was very helpful. At first I didn't think I would ever get the app to work on my new phone. However her perseverance paid off and it's all working fine now.
The customer service support I have got from myenergi has been 1st class. I am not very tech savy but their agent (william) guided me through a step by step fix on my problem in just a few minutes. 5 stars is too little to give. Thanks again for the help guys!!

When my "Myenergi" App seemed to stop working, I contacted customer support and received a helpful email in return, advising me exactly what to check in order to get things back to how they should be and everything is now working properly. This is only the second time I've had to ask for support in about 18 months' of ownership, and on both occasions the response has been swift and helpful, which is all one can ask for from a technical support team.

Mar 06,2024A fault developed with the charging cable of my Zappi EV charger. Initially contacted Myenergy by email to report the fault but suspect it got caught up in the Christmas backlog.After a couple of weeks no response was forthcoming. I contacted the company helpline number and after a 30minute hold,eventually spoke to someone. After this an assessment of the fault was carried out based on sending multiple emails with attached images showing serial numbers, wiring set up, installation invoices etc. It all seemed a bit repetitive at times, but I guess this was to accommodate the relevant departments concerned as the problem was moved through the fault diagnosis stage. Once diagnosed the repair was quickly dealt with. A replacement part was sent to my home address and the myenergi engineer called by appointment to fit the part. The professional repair and fitting were coordinated perfectly and without any problems. Thanks to Sophie and the team dealing with the matter.
