Bought and paid for Zappi charger. Arrived quickly and waited for my installation. Then My Energi asked for numerous photos, routes etc then photos of my fuse board and meter box. Then decided to send me mail about My rampage, something called a Eic and a DNO, didn’t know what these were. Then they cancelled my installation, offered me another installation date over a month away. Then reinstated my original install date. Engineer did a great job but didn’t leave me with manual or shown how to use. Got my new car, won’t charge something to do with solar panels. Couldn’t unplug charger from car (no manual to help) phoned but bank holiday - no one available. Sent email to MyEnergi to get a manual told to download one as they are a Green company - but I have to print mine on more paper etc. why can’t they just send my manual? My WiFi is poor outside our property. They take days to respond to requests. I wouldn’t bother with My Energi and would not recommend this company. Have to search for helpline then they don’t answer! I was struggling with viewing my account online. The Zappi was working well and communicating with the app on my phone so I could see charging progress but I wanted to be able to download a printable charging log and couldn't. Russell communicated with me by email over a few days initially without resolving the issue but then took the time to call me and talk through the problem until it was sorted.
Be careful, am not sure what the current situation is with the company but paid £89 for a survey for an Eddi installation on 18/03/24 and have heard nothing since. Have tried ringing the 0333 number numerous times but calls never answered. Very disappointed as had heard good things but don’t know whether situation with company has changed over recent months.
After many contacts with MyEnergi concerning the setup for Zappi, Harvi and Eddi, which centred around a poor password for the Zappi, Lily, patiently talked me through, successfully. All contacts were suitably supportive and I’d recommend the service.
Had an issue were my solar icon disappeared form the app (after a power cut), Tom provided multiple solutions and workarounds, eventually getting it all working, thanks for the perseverance Tom, this excellent customer support is one of the main reasons I'm fully in the Myenergi ecosystem (Zappi, Eddi, Harvi, Hub and soon the Libbi), thanks Tom
I had an issue with my Zappi charger.Customer service answered in under 2 minutes ! They understood the problem immediately and solved the problem immediately! A perfect 5 star experience!
Have had a real problem with the readings from the myenergy app for some time. Eventually contacted their support team and received 12/10 support from Steve who patiently took me through several issues with settings, sorting my problem, resetting upgrades etc. Couldn't speak highly enough about his patience and knowledge. App now working perfectly. Thank you Steve.

Die zappi Wallbox ist ein komplexes System, das zT erklärungsbedürftig ist. Wenn Sie richtig eingestellt ist, ist es eine der besten Ladestationen für grünen, eigenen PV-Strom! Weiter so!

Myenergi Zappi installed incorrectly by Bumblebee on 7th Feb and then continued to drain my solar battery rather than using solar power only. Myernergi impossible to get hold of tech support for days on end - tried a failed firmware fix and then agreed to replace Zappi. Arrived today to fit new Zappi and 30 mins after they left, back to same old battery draining ways. Rang Zappi tech support at 4:25 & no one available- absolutely hopeless lot ! They are so uncaring and so unresponsive - avoid if you can and don’t believe the high tech sales talk. It has consistently failed to deliver for me. An expensive but useless toy with very poor customer & tech service
We've been with MyEnergi for a while, with a Zappi car charger and an Eddi hot water linked to our solar panels. Having recently noticed our devices hadn't been able to update to the latest firmware, and getting into trouble with our hub.. having tried myself to trouble shoot (with the excellent online material), but unsuccessfully, I called for help today and spoke to Tom, who was brilliant at step by step , without being too fast or slow, taking me through what was needed to reset the system, successfully link the devices again AND update the firmware! What fantastic help and support, I can't recommend the company highly enough, and with especial thanks to Tom!

How do you make a great product better? By providing excellent customer support. And that's exactly what Myenergi has. We had a number of minor issues relating to a swap-out that persisted, all fixed and working as expected within the space of a short call. We also had one lingering issue coupled with an energy tariff change, and they ensured this was resolved too even though the issue was not their end. That's why we have several Myenergi products here; the products are great, but when things aren't quite working right, their support is amongst the best I've ever had. Thanks Myenergi!
I employed this company to supply and filmy home charger for my new electric car. From the first phone call the service I was give was excellent. I dealt with Richard and took various photographs of my meter and outside wall to decide on the best location for the charger. I was kept up to date at every point. The engineer attended at the appointed time, if fact he was 1 minute early. Nothing was to much trouble and the fitting went very smoothly. I can happily recommend this company to anyone who requires a EV charger fitting.

Apr 09,2024I had a fault on my Zappi charger, I contacted my supplier and later that day was contacted by My Enegi. Following a brief exchange of emails to verify that the fault was due to the the Zappi and not a faulty installation. A new charger was supplied and fitted by the local service engineer at no cost to me. The service I received was prompt and polite at all times. The technical team online and the service engineer were all very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending
