Had trouble connecting by zappi EV to my EV octopus tarrif. Octopus were not helpful but myenergi were amazing in resolving my problem very quickly. Thank you!
As usual I found that I was provided with a no nonsense answer to my problem within a reasonable time frame.
Zappi Reliability Issue - Beware. I've not had a great experience with my Zappi charger. The terminals burnt out a couple of months after the warranty expired and so that was that. I understand this is a known issue. The best option the company would offer was a reconditioned unit (cheaper than a brand new one but with a shorter warranty). They took about 10 days to supply the new unit and we were without a charger for over two weeks. Customer service was fairly unsympathetic and support were slow to respond when my installer was standing in the rain trying to get the new unit configured. All in all a frustrating and expensive experience.
We were faced with updating the firmware on both our hub & Zappi; I had left it as long as possible until the hub stopped working. The online support was helpful although the instructions that were emailed for someone as non-techy as myself were overwhelming; fortunately the call centre team were really helpful staying with me on the phone until both the hub & then Zappi were updated to the latest version. Really grateful for all the support

I still haven’t got an installation date for my charger. Myenergi took the payment quickly, sent out the charger quickly and it has now been weeks and they can’t get an installation booked. They advertised availability on their website, which appears to be entirely untrue. I have emailed numerous times and phoned numerous times and keep getting told it is with their installer to get in touch with me, but the installer has not been in touch and myenergi appear not to care about this. I even paid more to go through myenergi compared to elsewhere! I might have no choice but to cancel the order, return the charger and go to a more reputable company!
Hub wasn’t showing data after some electrical work. Lily provided simple instructions and got it working again. We are very pleased with Zappi and Harvi and hub/app provided by Myenergi as products work well and are reliable.
Tom was knowledgeable. He did not rush me. So often I experience that, (people regularly talk whilst I am talking, drowning me out). That did not happen.
Lily was extremely responsive at each stage. Resetting the Zappi is a complex procedure but she kept responding over many emails until the issue was resolved.
I have had two Zappi EV chargers and a Harvi bridge for several years. The equipment is excellent, and has helped me to predominantly power my cars from my rooftop solar. But despite being a historic customer, just today (way out of warranty) I had cause to email for tech support to help me update some firmware. Myenergi's support team were very responsive and solved the problem very promptly. I was already a loyal customer and advocate, but this cements why.
Tom from myenergi proved a diligent, dogged and expert guide after a wi-fi glitch caused our Eddi (microgeneration energy diverter) to become disconnected. After identifying the problem, he gave clear and detailed instructions that enabled us to remedy the problem.
I have recently purchase and had installed my Zappi EV charger from myenergi. I can’t recommend them highly enough. From being considerably the cheapest, to their excellent sales team who helped me decide the Zappi suited my needs. To the excellent service on the install. At all times the communication and customer service was first class. This has been by far the best purchase experience I have had in many years.
I was pleased with the way in which the provision and fitting of a replacement part was organised.
Great Customer Support. Called at a convenient time for me and talked me through resetting my system after a comms failure.
MyEnergy has been patient in sorting out my problem registering with Octopus Intelligent Go. Each agent has been very patient - particularly Lily today. The only problem is that return calls originally were promised which never materialised.
I have been involved with MyEnergi for almost 3 years now. On the rare occasion I get a problem with my Zappi charger, the service team (all most) instantly jump on the problem and either have a solution or investigate and get back to me. They honor the warranty on their products without question. This is how you do customer service. Well done MyEnergi, well done.
Really good after sales support. Can get hold of them on the phone and they are really helpful.
Recently had trouble with myenergi hub for my EV,within 3 days I had a replacement,then the fun began I’m not very technical minded so phoned up the support team, a very nice and pleasant advisor took me through the process within minutes of his step by step instructions I was up and running,very pleased with the outcome and support that the technical advisor provided 5star.

Feb 21,2024Following the installation of a new solar inverter and a Tesla battery, the Myenergi app would not display any solar generation. Will at technical support was most helpful on the phone, offering to send a replacement CT clamp although I'm well out of warranty. Net result, all working again. Two issues outstanding. Could they please bin the terrible music on hold and can I please give them 6 stars for customer service?
