Had a problem with Zappi telling Harvey to boost my hot water whenever I put my car on charge. I spoke with Russell at my energy and with a couple of email exchanges the problem was sorted. Efficient, friendly, knowledgable service. Thanks very much.

Had many an email conversation with Akrum from tech support after my Zappi stopped talking to my WiFi. I think an electrical blip caused it to lose all its settings. Once I had managed to persuade it to talk again, there were several things that needed tweaking. Akrum fixed those remotely and it's all running smoothly again. I wondered if I could have remote access to my system so perhaps, sometime in the future this would be possible. It would certainly be preferable to standing outside in my driveway in 60mph winds and rain!

Had a couple of questions re app settings. Great 121 conversation with an M.E. expert which was followed up by a VERY detailed explanations with examples. Excellent.

I had to contact myEnergi regarding an issue with my account and the app. I sent an email to the support team and had a reply within 24 hrs and the problem was resolved.

Octopus and Zappi not talking. I had problems with smart charging my car. Octopus suggested contacting Zappi. I did this and got a call back from Tom Baldwin. He had been briefed on the problem and said my firmware needed updating. He talked me through the process and now everything is working fine. Tom was very patient with me (I'm not tech savvy) and I followed his instructions. He is a fine example of the tech support at Zappi myEnergi. Many thanks, Martin

I’ve twice had to contact myenergi since I got my charger and the service on both occasions has been second to non. Even when I was struggling to understand the guidance (not that the guidance was bad but my skill set in this area is poor) they still well extremely helpful. Week done.

When it is connected it seems to work well and shows the breakdown of energy from panels and mains as well as the amount diverted to the eddi. However, it drops the connection frequently and is then really erratic to reconnect. Result is the app is connected only about 20% of the time and for the rest is useless.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Our charger has not worked from the point of being installed. I raised a support ticket the following day and it took them over a week to call and determine someone needed to come out and look at it. I've called trying to get updates on next steps but they don't appear to have enough people employed to support the volume of work they are receiving. I just called asking to get the visit booked in for it to be fixed and have been cut off. There is no proactive communication, you are completely left in the dark. I also sent in a formal complaint over 24 hours ago and no one has contacted me about that.

Mid December, had Myenergi techs out to install the Zappi (EV charge point), Eddi (controller/diverter), 10kWhrs of Libbi battery energy storage and some solar panels. Bought everything directly from Myenergi. The whole job took 3 days and I was up and running. Nice and neat installation, with detailed operating instructions from the technicians. Technical support is good although there can be a bit a wait on their phone line. Maybe a call back system could be an improvement? Loving the Myenergi App which offers great control. Hoping new smart features will be added in future, possibly to add control of the heat pump! Already had a few friends and neighbours admiring the install. Adding some solar to the install will allow the whole system to be VAT free.

I had to install a new HUB to my Zappi, under warranty. I had emailed an engineer a short time ango asking for guidance to register the new HUB before installing it. I could not find the right place on my account to register the HUB. Mike emailed me asking when I would be available. I gave a time of the next morning and some later dates. The very next morning at 9am I was phoned by a support team member who talked me through the whole process of registration, setting new HUB to my Zappi. I had to install a new app and have my account cancelled and renewed. All this was done with the patient help of the support team member. ALL SORTED! Big THANKS to myenergi engineers and support team.

Had a problem with the app that didn't work for me. After many turns and good patience from Tom at helpdesk I've got guided to sort the problem out. Had a similar problem one year ago and got good support. Feels like a company that take good care of their customers.

Zappi unfortunately they have worst Customer Service I have ever come across. I am now a month into not having a replacement Zappi charger. Yes we have had Christmas in the middle of this but basically someone forgot to order a replacement one and I have to constantly send weekly emails to chase this. There is no real apology. Just excuses. I was told last week I would have a new one within 2/3 days and I’m still waiting. I sent another email to chase and was told it was out of stock…. So why wouldn’t you give the customer an update 🤷‍♀️

I called my energi, logged the ticket, and received a technician call back within 1h. But my cell phone signal was poor so it didnt connect! But Tom from my energi was kind enough to email be the solution. 2 hours later Tom called again and the problems was solved.

Had a problem with our 2 yr old Zappi 2.0. from Christmas eve it, wouldn't charge for four hours without continuingly stopping and starting and showing 'local coms lost' or similar. Tom talked me through a factory reset and repairing with our eddie. So far so good. Tom was very patient. Seen some negative reviews on here, all I can say is our Zappi has been bullet proof and only ever failed to charge once (apart from the above issue) and that was because I'd failed to plug the car in! Myenergi have always been helpful on the phone.

Following the initial email contact, where my concern had not been resolved. A member of the team rang me direct (Steve). We talked through the way forward step by step. I’m now pleased to say all is good. Steve’s goal was to resolve the problem, and was very patient with me, not being technically minded. Top marks.
