I had problems with the system after the router was change, But thanks for the technical support from Myenergi, severals e-mail and finally a call made the diference and now is working perfect.
I've had my Zappi, purchased from myenergi, for a few years and it has been very good. It has stopped charging due to a 'pilot problem' which research told me was an issue with the charging cable. I messaged myenergi support with the serial number and description of the issue on 26/01/24 (after waiting an age on standby to talk with somebody). I received a ticket number and a promise to respond 'ASAP'. Well, I'm still waiting for a response. Very poor support.
Excellent support- I was having trouble getting the system to work but a 10 minute call was all that was needed for Tom to work out what the problem was and what needed doing for it all to work fine again. Many thanks.

I had a problem logging in to the Myenergi app using a new phone which baffled everyone as I could still login on the web page. In the end Lily phoned me and patiently talked me through various steps until it was decided that the account needed to be reset and I registered onto the site as a new user, this worked.
My Zappi required a software update which worked well with the first class support from Tom in the tech service team. Also had many of my questions answered regarding how the Zappi would work and interact when I change to a new energy tariff. Can't fault the technical support given by Tom and the team.
I had a confusing situation caused by having two different email addresses 🙄 All sorted now thanks to the very patient customer service person
The engineer who helped solve my issue clearly set out all the possible steps to get the system up and running again. One of these worked and everything is functioning normally again. Thank you to the Myenergi technical support team.
My Zappi hub failed outside warranty, the phone support team were great and arranged a replacement free of charge.

Had a Zappi that failed under warranty. Called support they were excellent arranged a replacement unit that arrived in two days. This was installed a week later all working week. Support team and installer were fantastic and I could not recommend them more. Thank you all for fabulous service.

Rang regarding setting up WiFi and phone connection. Katy sent me the relevant info and I was able to do, the instructions were easy to follow.
Had a few minor problems mainly caused by myself however every time I required assistance I contacted Myenergi for advice and they put me right every time especially Suellen. Professional, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Fully recommend
Excellent customer support after a software problem
Each time I've had a problem which is not very often the Myenergi support team has patiently and professionally helped me sort it out. If you are using Myenergi devices, you are in good hands.
Having enjoyed nearly four years of outstanding reliability of my Myenergi products which include; Eddi, Zappi, Hub, etc., we experienced irregular interruptions to data available from Eddi. I called Russell, Technical Support Coordinator for Myenergi, and he talked me through a procedure which effected an immediate rectification. Very pleased, thank you Myenergi.
