Have a new EV charger and when the app stopped working I was at a loss as to what to do. I contacted myenergi GB by email and received a very prompt, helpful response. The instructions were simple to follow. I sent a follow up email to ask for more help understanding how the EV app works generally. Again, a very quick, helpful response.
On the phone with Dave today who assisted in setting up a new hub. Clear instructions, great knowledge of his products and patience was shown to provide a working system.

Issue with firmware - raised a ticket via website. Had a dialogue via e-mails which resolved this issue is half a day. Good to have such solid support.
Excellent support by phone and email. I have an old Eddi that works very well so it made sense to get a Zappi. The Zappi was installed but the installer had not linked my Eddi and my attempts to link them were unsuccesful. Steve guided me through the setup talking me through the firmware updates and configuration on each device. Thanks for the five star support.
Dealt with Tom, via emails for a firmware update issue. Everything he told me was step by step and worked a treat to solve the problem. Very pleased with the help I received!
I have had problems getting my Zappi charger to work with the myenergi app. The first few calls could not get to the bottom of the problem. I then got put through to Dave. I knows his stuff and was able to establish that the problem was actually an installation error. Once this was fixed the system started working.
I had a problem with my Zappi shutting down after a half hour of charging. Rang support centre and Russell came back to me via email giving clear and precise details of what I needed to do. All fixed. Very happy with response.
Tom Baldwin was very good in sorting out my app, all now appears to be fine with my replacement eddi.
Love the fact that I got forwarded a message with the subject line 'can someone call she wont stop calling in thank you' Yes I called a lot. Nobody got back to me.
Not only did Steve stay on the phone and talk me through how to reset the Zappi as I was doing it, he backed up the problem solving measures with actions written down in emails. So I had my hand held all the way through the process. The problem was integration between my Zappi and Octopus to allow my EV to charge at the cheapest night rate via Octopus Intelligent Go tariff. In March this year I had a Zappi charger fitted at my home by Myenergi, in preparation for the delivery of my new F PACE 400e being delivered in April. The team from Zappi were great, the engineer that fitted it was excellent and very professional, he included me in the fitting giving me ideas and tips as he went. I collected my Jaguar in May from the distributor and drove home some 28miles, parked and plugged the cable in from the Zappi, two and a half hours later it was charged and ready to go. It has been a really good investment and handled so professionally from start to finish, from talking to the receptionist who was extremely helpful getting me the right technician to talk to, whose name was Russell, who was first class dealing with my enquiries and extremely helpful in making this journey a bit easier. If anyone is thinking of going electric this is the future, choose myenergi, you won’t be disappointed. Keith.

Sent an email describing the issue I had on a Sunday evening. Was called by 08:16 on Monday morning. The engineer walked me through how to diagnose the root problem and got me working. then provided suggestions on how to prevent recurrence of the fault! Thanks guys.
David was very knowledgeable, a good listener, clever at explaining things in a clear and understandable manner. He called at the time that was arranged on an earlier call with the customer service team. Cannot fault the Zappi car charger or the support I have received. Thank you.

We love the Zappi product by myenergi. The user interface is superb as is their customer service. Akrum responded to my query promptly and didn't close the case until he was sure I was happy (unlike many other organisations!). They do what they say she follow up accordingly. What else can one ask for? Very happy!
Steve at Myenergi was excellent in dealing with my ZAPPI and EDDI connection problem. TOP marks! Issue fixed. Job done. No fuss. Very disciplined. Good company from what I have experienced with using their products.
I had an old zappi which failed to update its firmware via a Hub Myenergi loaned me for free. As there was no way to reverse the update Myenergi offered a replacement zappi mk2. Brilliant. We had great communication whilst trying to sort it and Myenergi staff were both infomative and helpful all along. So grest kit, great company.

Dec 21,2023I had an issue with Myenergi not logging in from the sign up for octopus intelligent go tariff. i reached out during a super busy time for them (Myenergi) and it was resolved with 24hr. it was not just them fixing i had to help as well with clear guidance from Myenergi we sorted it out together. team work makes the dream work. Update. I’m unable to charge the car at all on any settings. And their office is shut until the new year. Urgent help needed. Please reach out if you see this msg.
