Had my Zappi for a year now, awesome charger and coupled with Intelligent Octopus it's a match made in heaven. Just had my third contact with tech support and they have been first class; responsive and very helpful with a fairly technical issue. A lot of the one star reviews are unfounded in my view, suspect outside issues - there are a tonne of faults can be pinned on the charger in EV installations if you don't understand the system.
I got a very quick response to my problem this morning, but when I wanted to take out extra guarantee I just got referred to the app which was no help at all.
A great company that makes both excellent products but also offers really good customer service. I’ve needed to get customer support twice, once on the phone and once via email and both times got excellent service. I have three of their devices and they all work great, the fact that they also now integrate with Octopus Energy to give me super cheap car charging helps loads too.
Since March 31 on receiving the new EV we have had charging issues only at home. As we have solar panels and batteries it was asumed the PV was the issue. Finally last week my Zappy installer noticed the charge flow rate was too low. MyEnergi were very helpful in logging in, and calling me back and drilling down to a potential setting in the car. I eventually found an AC Input Limit in Batter Care was checked. After removing the check the flow rate increased to 6.8 kw.
I experienced an issue with my Zappi unit which was dealt with quickly and professionally by the support team. The unit itself is incredible, and has transformed using an EV. Now I can divert extra power generated by my solar panels directly into the car, minimising export to the grid.
Phoned techncial support to get help with wifi configuration. Dave was extremely patient and helpful and sorted the problem out very quickly.

A Zappi ev charger was supplied and installed by the solar electrical company, Solar 2020, at my home in Perth, Western Australia. As a way to register its warranty I forwarded the invoice to myeenrgi (UK) as proof of purchase to enable its warranty. I received a prompt response and advice that its warranty was registered with the UK factory and its start date.
I must say that their technical support has been amazing! Russell, the guy who's helping me get my solar system to work with the zappi, has been absolutely first rate in the time and effort he has expended in sorting out the technical issues, which are certainly way beyond my understanding! Well done, myenergi. I can certainly recommend them without reservation.
Had issue with my car not charging overnight - emailed myenergy and called them first thing Monday morning. Excellent service from Dave on the technical team who remotely altered my device he also gave me some helpful tips - Thanks Dave & the team

I ran into some issues on the Hub and Harvi disconnected from the Zappi. I called for assistance and got a continuous support, promptly with accurate advises. It helped solve my issues in no time. I was particularly pleased with the fast replies and always with the same person which made the experience even better.
