Really helpful call from Dave who assisted in resolving the issue I had with my ‘EDDI’, following a firmware update which highlighted an issue that should have been prevented as part of the installation by my Solar Installer.

Setting up a new complete MyEnergi battery install a couple of issues occurred due to how I setup the Eddi controller that I could not resolve. The MyEnergie team advised a few changes and stuck with me providing excellent daily support until the app was working as it should with the equipment installed.

After trouble-free experience with a Zappi for a year, the App suddenly stopped showing data or giving me control - maybe an iOS update problem, but updated the Zappi firmware anyway. Then (possibly unrelated) found myself unable to log into my myenergi account via the web; password resets etc gave no joy. Russell from Tech Support got on my case and after a number of emails and a final phone call, both problems solved. Excellent.
I was looking for a charging station, reading on the internet I came across Zappi. for me it's perfect, then combined with my solar system it's the best. It allows me to recharge many times using solar energy. then the assistance is truly super. Highly recommended.
My charger was not working correctly. Grid CT lost. I called myenergi and they took the time to fix my issue. They checked master data set up and other checks. Finally, issue was root caused to the Harvi loosing connection with the wall charger. I moved the Harvi closer and all now working correctly. Thank you real human contact to help fix my issue.

Prompt and professional support from Customer and Technical Support Team. They persisted with a resolution and didn't close the ticket with generic information, but persisted until the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction and raised a complaint/feedback with their App development team about the issue that had arisen to improve future customer experience. 10/10
Got in touch with Myenergi as I had a Zappi charger for 2 years and was having trouble changing my electricity tariff as my supplier could not locate it . I found out that it was not even registered with Myenergi as the hub that came with it had never been on line as we had always charged manually. I was phoned back a couple of hours later by technical support and the lad could not get us online or paired up. He sent us a new hub then a really nice lad phoned, instructed me how to pair the hub and the charger, he was very patient and left me with the charger downloading 2 years worth of updates. We are now on the new tariff I wanted thanks to Myenergi. Excellent thank you.

Raised an issue between my solar and new zappi on the myenergi site, and was surprised / delighted with the response from the engineering team overnight. Two engineers have been involved both providing further insight and support to the problem, with Peter recognising the issue and advising on a fix path- brilliant service support in a world that sometimes struggles with help.

Had an error message pop up and stop charging through my zappi unit. First of all the inline help was very informative and got me looking a number of things myself. Eventually I phoned and got through to someone on the support team well within 5 minutes. The lady was very courteous and knowledgeable walked me through some of the issues and when I mentioned I had to leave arranged a call back. The callback happened bang on time and the gentleman on the phone carried on the same high level of support and communication. Again they explained what the issue was likely to be and sent a link to various pages on their site and helped me with a firmware upgrade. Great service, have only had to call them once in two years and this was the level of service, very reassuring that I bought the right product!
I contacted the customer care centre and was put in touch with Dave a technician. He walked me through a firmware update of my eddi. His instructions were clear and concise and he was friendly and patient. The online assistance manual is not helpful as I tried several times to follow the recommended steps. For firmware updates the company should deliver push notifications to inform customers to install the update - especially since the myenergi system was only installed half a year ago.
I had a problem getting the reg code and the technical support team were quick to respond with all the options to resolve the issue. Great support.
I raised a support query, I quickly got a reply with some steps to try, when this didn't fix the problem I was contacted very quickly by phone. Support patiently waited while I went through the process of rebooting bits of kit, 15 minutes later all resolved. Exactly what you would hope for from a support department. Many thanks for your help today.
