I was struggling to get Intelligent octopus to link with my zappi. Spoke to Wii, Tom, Ria & Suellen and all 4 were a credit to Myenergi. All knowledgeable and very helpful, keep it up guys.
I have a Zappi and an Eddi. A few days ago the Eddi went offline. I reached out to Myenergi support and had a fast response from Russell. After a couple of days of diagnosis he indentified the problem and we're back in business.
Really good, helpful support. Don't waste time hanging on the phone - just email them and they will open a ticket and call you as soon as they can. Advice and support very professional and competent.
Very prompt replies to my queries. Was able to reset device and all working now.
Mike Hillyar tech help desk worked with me over the phone to identify an ongoing problem with my extended warranty. He worked his way through the initial registration process talking me through. It was decided to delete the whole account and start again. After inputting totally new data to all fields the problem was resolved.
The Technician was very prompt and as Issue could not be sorted sent out a replacement HUB. So yes i had to register everything again which i have done. Thanks to Tom on this issue for his help

Always had a good response from myenergi on the handful of occasions I have had to contact them. My Zappi works seamlessly with my solar panels and charges my car when there is excess power available.
I started a support request in March this year but had some new and related questions that cropped up in November. Tom Baldwin picked up where he left off and fielded my questions under the same support request quickly and in a friendly manner as if we have continued the thread the following day, not 8 months later. Russell provided straight forward instruction in order to resolve an issue between my zappi, hub and harvi. Very concise and the issue was resolved. Overall the charger has over the past 2 years provided 'challenges' many of which I have to wonder as to what caused such issues in the first place. Once installed and operational, and without any changes, then there should be no issues at all needing supervised assistance.
I am forever grateful to Will Legge (Customer & Technical Support Agent for Myenergi/Zappi EVC) who took an ownership of the case and dealt with it accordingly. I had issues with Myenergi Zappi charger and when I called technical support of My energy I spoke to a gentleman called Will Legge who resolved the issue that I created and couldn't reinstated. He had to call me back on the very next working day, as the time i've called was just about to close the office.... as I am sure that most of people would agree that normally you never get a call back from a technical support companies. Mr Legge was extremely polite, professional and above all reassuring as I was panicking. Definitely deserves pay rise!
After managing to somehow change all the settings so that Zappi didn't talk to the Hub, Tom patiently went through all the settings with me and got my system up and running again. Great support.
Precis instructions from Tom enabled me to reconnect my eddi after it appeared not to be talking to the myenergi server. He also confirmed me correct account logon details. Thank you.

After a little bit of to and fro by email, my problem was solved and I am now able to charge my car from the grid with the timing set to take advantage of my supplier’s cheap night rate. Thank you!
