Extremely good service with trouble shooting my system after a power out. The engineer took to to explain the different steps that was needed.
I had an issue with a car charger that an installer not from myenergi put in. My call to tech support was answered in very good time and by a person that was willing to listen and had a good knowledge of the equipment and not just reading a call centre script as so many do. We had the problem fixed in no time friendly people, that's customer service not a bot or 1000 option menu. Thank you Myenergi support
After recent installation of Eddi unit to go along with existing Zappi charger, Tom very kindly took time to go through the pairing of the devices, on the phone, to maximise my energy saving opportunities. Energy opportunities more complex now, so great to have the products as well as the excellent personal technical service!

Had a problem with my solar system. Tried self help, failed. Raised a ticket for technical support. Followed instructions that were sent by e mail for a complete factory reset. Failed. Called Technical support. David, talked me through a diagnosis. The system had reset for Australia. He then talked me through a set up for UK. Bingo, all working. Like to thank him and others in the support team for excellent service and having patience with a non technical silver surfer.
When you get to speak to people who know what they're doing it's a breath of fresh air. Within a few minutes I had my mind focused and resolved my issues with the help of Russell at myenergy.
I've now had to contact their support a couple of times (1st time was something I stupidly did which seemed sensible at the time) and today when a firmware update failed to download to the Hub. On both occasions the support technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They resolved my problems quickly each time, taking me through each stage, step by step. They didn't try to bamboozle me with technical jargon either. With regard to the charger - what can I say, so far, it just works. Set charging schedules up ages ago so now all I have to do is plug it in and not think about it again until I unplug it. Has always worked and never let me down. On my system I manually download the firmware updates to the Hub and then update the Zappi from there. Excellent setup as I like to be in control re when updates happen eg I wouldn't update when I knew I needed a critical charge. So the manual download suits me as I can do it when I know the charger won't be needed (in the extreme situation that it may go wrong). Although I've got to say that the firmware update process from the Hub to the Zappi has never failed for me. Today was the first time the download to the Hub ran into problems - but all were quickly and easily resolved. I use it with my solar panels - and it works seamlessly with them and have saved me a lot of £££ by charging the car when the sun's out (and above the stipulated 1.4kWh minimum limit). I'm really happy with this charger - and if anything happened to it, I wouldn't think twice - it would be replaced with another Zappi.
After a power outage caused my app to not talk to the Zappi a very helpful person called Tom Baldwin kindly talked myself and the installing electrician through how to reset everything, step by step. Tom was extremely patient and I wish we had called Tom sooner on in the process of trying to fix it! Great customer service thank you.
This is one of the most overpriced and overrated chargers in the UK! It is nowhere near as high-tech as portrayed themselves to be. Firmware update needs to be done manually on the charger every few months. It couldn’t be done on the app at all. Extremely annoying! Don’t waste your money on this expensive charger. They only know how to spend time blocking your reviews on Facebook, but they don’t take any actions to sort out their chargers’ problems!
App Wiped - data lost. Somehow I managed to wipe my app and could not remember what e-mail address I used to set up the account (in fairness was in 2020) - very helpful chap called Mike helped me through step by step of updating the hub and physical charger - so patient and helpful - 100% customer service focussed.

I updated my Zappi to v5, however, I encountered a problem with my hub not connecting to the Zappi. After turning off the hub and deleting to reset, it still didn’t work. I call the tech support and they happily walked me through it, within minutes, my Zappi and Hub were paired. Very happy customer
I had a prompt response from Technical Support which resolved my problem. Excellent.
Steve in the Tech Dept did a great job for me and guided me through fixing the problem. After having a firmware update my Zappi was no longer able to charge my car. The receptionist told me to call the car manufacturer, but I refused, saying that other chargers were working and my Zappi had been doing great. So she referred it to Tech and Steve very ably guided me through the fix and my Zappi is on the job once again.
I had problems scheduling the times I wished to charge my EV, I found the webpage very good with how it explained the set up process and when i couldn't find one piece of information the support team were excellent in providing the information I required.

Just purchased a Zappi (untethered) and 10.5m cable. Yet to be installed. Firstly the website, sales, service and technical teams really are exceptional (6*). However new buyers be advised that whilst the tethered unit (black/white or black/grey) comes with a matching charger unit attached to the cable (either white or black) the cable that ships with the untethered unit is only white! I had looked at several cables and could have bought cheaper - but went with the myEnergie one as I (wrongly) assumed it would match better. I now have a charging cable that stands out for all the wrong reasons and is highly visible from the road (I had chosen the black/grey Zappi unit so it wouldn’t stand out). Given that the company makes black and white cable ends for the tethered unit I cannot understand why they would not offer the same option on the untethered unit. This may not matter to some people - but for others considering a purchase you may wish to buy a cheaper competitor product that looks better
