I completed the both the Zappi and Eddi courses with Jonno as the instructor. Excellent instructor, nice and easy to follow along, gave great hints and tips to make life easier and in real world situations. He had a wealth of knowledge. Looking forward to the product champion system that is due in the future. Myenergi as a whole are excellent, from equipment, customer service to training, will definitely to my go to company.

I have a 3ph supply with an Eddi on just 1 phase. I wanted to know if adding a Harvi to the system would stop excess energy being exported through the other 2 phases while solar is diverted to the immersion. Akram emailed back a response with additional info on settings that should also be changed.
Hi, Recently my charger stopped charging my Tesla, The message appearing on Tesla screen pointed that 'Charger is not recognised'. I was not sure what was wrong with my Zappi charger hence called the myenergy technical support team. Tom Baldwin was on the call.He immediately recognised the issue and guided me thru the steps to download the latest firmware on the hub as well as charging unit.For future reference he immediately also sent me the steps thru email. I truly appreciate Tom and myenergy technical team response to resolve the issue. Keep it up!! :)
Katherine Bootman made my, MyEnergi experience great! I was having difficulties attempting to register my Eddi and using the phone app. I lost count of the number of times I tried to register using the serial number and regristration code which the Eddi screen was showing me. I decided to reach out to the MyEnergi support team, I was very fortunate that Katherine replied to me. I attempted to explain the problem unsuccessfully. I was becomming more and more frustrated until I took a screenshot of the problem and sent it on to Katherine. Katherine called me by phone and through her patience and expertise, she talked me through the process of connecting my Eddi to the internet and regristering my Eddi so that the phone app would work. I would have never managed to resolve my problems without help. I have rarely experienced such top quality technical support and I, if I could, would award Katherine Bootman the title of Top Technical Support person within the MyEnergi Technical Support Team. Thank you Katherine.

I had a big bug in Zappi system. With the great and precious help frol Katherine Bootman, we fixee it in less than 24h and now everything is working fine !
Finding that my original installation fell short of the required standards my installer (Stuart), and his immediate manager, were quite within their rights to refuse to continue with my replacement Zappi. However they were both prepared to accept the extra burden, and work, that was placed on them to get me back up and running. To have a company that is prepared to go the extra mile for its customers and not make you feel that you’re just an account number on a database is such a refreshing change and I rather wish other companies would take note. A big thank you to both of them and also a special thank you to Victoria who was so helpful and responded so quickly to my emails.
Clear, concise phone call, advice given and follow up email requested sent in a timely manor. Lili knew the answers to my questions, verified for accuracy sake but spoke with confidence and accuracy throughout. Can’t ask for more.

they updated the APP needed to re-input and register where it started to ask for registration numbers for the hub which weren't on the HUB (why?). still on the technical help line after 45mins and still counting waiting for them to answer. product is pointless without app. you can see that they have added questions in app to be able to sell your data

Oct 10,2023Two weeks ago the Myenergi app stopped communicating correctly with the Zappi. I tried to solve the problem myself, but I did not succeed. Today I contacted Myenergi-support and the problem was solve at once. The supporter did a great job so thank you so much to him. By the way I will express my utmost satisfaction with Zappi product.
